Professionally decorated 4 bedroom/3.5 bath (sleeps 15) Cottage Beach house with great views of the Gulf from the 3rd floor living and deck area. Kid and baby friendly with exterior baby gates on decks and family friendly movies and games. Kids room with bunk beds for young and teens. Flat screens and white noise machines in every bedroom. Hair dryers in each bathroom. All the comforts of our home. Bedding: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, 2 Twin Bunks, Small twin fold out in kids room, 2 Futons.

Although this home looks like a box on stilts from the outside, the interior is beautiful! It's easily the nicest home we've ever rented. First, it's location fit our needs perfectly, not in the noise and traffic of town but close enough to get there in minutes. The beach is a two minute drive, a beach access road is right around the corner. The home appears professionally decorated and was immaculately clean upon arrival. It has top name appliances, even Calphalon pots and pans...and the knives were sharp! The Master Bedroom, the only one we used, was large and comfortable. The other three bedrooms looked comfy and each had it's own TV. The bathrooms were conveniently located, loved the one on the ground level (not real common with a coastal home where most living space is up at least one level.) The rental management agency was also very helpful with the minor issues we had, ie burnt out light bulbs, wi-fi password. I almost hate to praise this place too much, it may not be available for our next trip! About the only drawbacks I can say about this place are that the surround sound on the TV seemed muddy and the sound level was inconsistent. Also, with the living quarters being on the third floor...get your running shoes on bring the groceries upstairs! All in all, we'll be back.

We stayed in a beautiful three story home close to the beach. The house was gorgeous nicely decorated fully equipped with everything needed. It was very clean, comfortable beds. The Starkey phone representatives were helpful & courteous. My family and I were very pleased with our stay. We recommend Starkey Properties & this house in particular to anyone with a large family or group of friends. Looking forward to visiting pa this year & future years to come. :-)

This vacation was awesome. The home was beautiful and we had plenty of room...My sisters and I rented it for my 50th Birthday Party. We had great time at beach, shopping, eating, and hanging out together. The house was very nicely decorated w/view of ocean.. The local residents at restaurants were extremely helpful and nice. One restaurant catered our dinner and gave us use of all utensils. We all had a fabulous time that we will always remember!!!

my family loves Port aransas. traditionally, we have stayed in hotels or smaller condos. there were a couple of young families (with kids) this last trip and so we decided to go with a larger condo. it is in a great location, close to the beach, great beach view and very large.. the most unique part of this place, however, is how nice it is inside.. it is very comfortable and the upgrades are such that even those in the group with "picky" tastes would have nothing to complaint about... it's a cool spot. we will be booking it again in 2013
