Pb 119 was the perfect place for 3 friends to enjoy visiting the Port aransas area. The house was cozy and comfortable but still big enough for us to entertain friends who 'winter' in Port a.
Had a small problem with smoke alarm battery. Was totally amazed at the quick Sunday service in the replacing 'dying' battery. -

Loved that there was a gated swimming pool right in front of our place! I had a big family and comfortably slept up to 8 people. The place was really clean and was very appreciative of the hospitality from starky properties!

Had a great time that weekend, the condo was nice and furnished. could have used a few more pots and pans to cook with and the blender did not work but other than that all was good. The location was good also just had to drive a very short distance to beach. i liked that we had assigned partking except for the last day when someone parked in our spot but it was ok. we are planning on another outing next year.

The rental was clean and everything we needed for our week was there. We loved the pool area but it got extremely crowded in the evening and it would have been nice to have a couple more gas grills. The grounds were nicely manicured. There was some early morning construction noise but not unbearable. Overall this was a great property but not quite close enough to the beach. Plenty of room and everything was in working order. It was very comfortable.
