You have a view of the ocean from the family room windows and access to the front deck of the house. You will also find a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and walk-in pantry. The kitchen has bar seating for 3 and the dining room has seating for 6. Also upstairs is the coastal inspired master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV and direct access to the back deck of the house. The designer master bathroom features dual sinks and a walk in custom shower with double shower head. A half bath and separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer completes the upstairs. The house sits on a large fully fenced corner grass lot. The outdoor shower on the patio is the perfect place to rinse off after a day at the beach, or play in the community pool just a short stroll down the cobblestone pathway. Plenty of parking is available in the double driveway and spots along side the house. All the comforts of home await you in our Flip Flop Paradise! Parking: all vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway of each unit. All additional vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas along the street with curbs, sidewalks and palm trees. * NO parking in street areas designated NO PARKING. * NO parking in other homes driveways or in pool parking driveways. * NO parking in empty lots (grass or sand areas) or on sidewalks * NO Boat, Personal Watercraft, RV, Bus or Trailer parking ANYWHERE (except in closed garages). * Only approved vehicles may be parked on-site.
