I had a group of 6 stay at this condo and it was amazing!! The location was walking distance from restaurants and night life and there was plenty of places for the 6 of us to sleep. The only negatives with this condo was the sofa bed was not comfy (is there a such thing as a comfy sofa bed?!) the dryer wouldn't work, one of the sinks in the "second level" bathroom wouldn't drain the water and the outside of the fridge looked super dirty. These are all things that can be fixed, and they definitely wouldn't stop us from staying at this location again and a again! We are already planning out next girls trip to this exact condo! Neighbors were great and offered great advice on dinning and night life! One word to describe this condo...Amazing! Great location! :)

After a long drive from Canada we were delighted with the house. The beachy decor,colors, lovely tilework & furnishings were well done. Loved the comfy bedroom with balcony - we left the door open at night! Too cool to use the pool, but we liked to sit on the deck for sundowners. With only the two of us we didnt need 3 bathrooms but a more private 2nd bedroom would have been better for company. A few suggestions - Would have liked less plastic dishes (Corelle perhaps?) more wine glasses & newer pillows. There were no other Winter Texans to socialize with in the street but the neighbors were friendly. Would recommend this condo to explore your lovely coast.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this well-designed and spacious vacation home and we had a wonderful time. The home had all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend and the home was located in walking distance of restaurants and night life. The home was very clean upon arrival and even though you shared walls with other individuals renting, you could never hear your neighbors. I would definitely stay at this rental home again and recommend it to all individuals who want a relaxing vacation.

This condo is really nice - just what we wanted. The bathrooms and showers are awesome and there is plenty of space throughout. It has a very cool back yard with a couple of decks (upper and lower), a pool and several beatiful palm trees.
The only minor drawback is that it's not near the beach but we knew that going in and it's not a big deal - we spent the day at the beach and then went back in the evening to enjoy this great condo and cook on the grill.
I would enjoy staying there again without a doubt. -

This is an adorable condo with lots of perks: large deck, private pool, surround sound, large kitchen, dual sinks in master bedroom and 3 bathrooms!
Property managers are awesome too...kind, considerate and accommodating. I highly recommend this place! -

We enjoyed staying in this cute condo - there was plenty of room for two couples. The location was perfect - we walked to restaurants and bars in downtown Port A. The pool was also great for relaxing. We would come back!

As my title says, this property is almost incredible. I would imagine that 5 years ago, this was a TOP NOTCH rental, but has had a couple years of missed maintenance.
The pro's:
From the outside, you'd never guess how nice it is inside. Rounded corners, faux finishes, crown molding, custom tile showers; it's got it all.
The con's:
It was just little things like the front door handle being broken, the towel rack upstairs broken out of the wall, the upstairs balcony door being broken. Small things that probably should have been caught and fixed before rental.
Overall, though, it was still really nice, well deserving of the 4/5 stars.
And, Starkey did a great job too - very pleasant to work with, very flexible and always a big smile when I came in.
I'll definitely be doing business here again! -

Our recent stay at Port Aransas was a sheer delight with the accomodations and layout of this darling retreat. Private, clean, spacious, a wonderful place close to everything which made our girlfriend retreat a memory of pleasure. I want this place again. -

Don't judge a book by it's cover!
When we arrived at the condo we were surprised at the worn look
of the outside and our first thoughts were 'is this it'. Our opinion
changed as soon as we opened the door to a very spacious, clean,
newly renovated condo. Although it is a one bedroom we felt that
you could easily sleep 6. The extra bathroom through the laundry
was a god send and a great place to rinse off the kids when we got
back from the beach. We loved spending our evenings on the back
deck and in the swimming pool that was shared with 3 other
condo's, we were impressed with the upkeep of the back
landscaping.
The location for the property was better than expected as we were
just a short drive to the beach and main town area.
We would definitely stay there again! -

This was a beautiful home with all the necssities and a wonderful and relaxing pool. Close to everything but must drive to beach though not too far. I would recommend this for a relaxing get-away spot and would look at renting it again.
