We rented this place for a little guys reunion and there was plenty of space for everyone and it was comfortable. The floor plan is a little odd though. The property had no views and limited parking area. The house is very close to its neighbors.

the home was a very nice beach house style home with plenty of room. i'm not sure this home would be good for little ones because the stairs are pretty steep,slick finished wood. the kitchen was great and could easily accommodate ten guests. the negative is that we thought we would be 'a convenient walk to the beach'. as the crow flies, it is not that far. to walk, though, is at least a mile. starkey properties were very efficient and easy to deal with.

We were so pleased with the great use of the space. We could have slept 2 more people. We had 7 adults and 2 children.
The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean.
We had difficulty with the television remotes, but television isn't why we were there.
We were there for the long Thanksgiving weekend and didn't have great weather for the beach. With young children it isn't close enough to walk to the beach, but it is a short drive to beach access. -

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay here! The pool was the perfect touch! We are already planning our trip next summer and plan to stay at Sea Esta again! Thanks for the incredible memories!

Overall the "Sea Esta" yellow house was fine for our family of nine. The long kitchen table accomadated all the family at meals.
The only negatives were the wifi internet modem did not work so we used the neighbors signal and the master bed box spring set was noisy when getting into or out of bed. Also there was no convienent way to walk to the beach. The route was hindered by private property.
I enjoyed golfing at the Arnold Palmer course located close to the rental property. -

We have stayed at these houses before, and never had a problem. The house is very spacious, and plenty of room for a large group. The only problem we had is that the washer started leaking from upstairs and leaked thru downstairs master suite. We called twice for someone to come out and fix it or take a look, we never received a phone call back and no one ever came out to look at it. The floors need to be cleaned alot more often, there was sand everywhere, we had to sweep the downstairs when we arrived, which I felt we should not have had to do. Overall it was a nice stay, but felt it could have been better.

We stayed four nights at this property and really loved it. We had some issues with the lock on the front door and with the satellite tv set up, but Starkey sent someone over the second day and that wonderful lady stayed with us until EVERY issue taken care of. The house is big and beautifully furnished. It is VERY CLEAN and the beds were all super comfy. The little division is nice and the pool was a big plus for the kids. I don't think this house is realistically located for WALKING to the beach, especially with children, but we drove and that turned out to be more convenient, because we could bring along ALL the stuff we wanted. The house is close to EVERYTHING, as far as the beach, the shops and the giant grocery store. I came with two other adults and three young children (4-7) and we LOVED it. We will stay here again when we come next year. The house has everything you could possibly need for a fun family beach vacation.

The home was very comfortable & met all our needs BUT we did have some issues that may make me rethink using this mgmt company again.
Issues:
We arrived @ 4pm to check,
1. the directions from the office to the property were not very good. It took us about 20min to find the home.
2. when we FINALLY did arrive, the home had not been cleaned. Beds were not made, trash in house, floor very dirty.
3. TV's in living room & downstairs master bedroom were not working. I have 2yr old twins & I did not feel comfortable taking them up upstairs to watch TV. (which was suggested by one of your associates)

I called the office immediately to notify of dirty home & within 20min a crew was there to clean & they did an OUTSTANDING job. The house was IMMACULATE. Lastly, we had to call the office multiple times to inform the TV's was not working. We rec'd 1 call back that they were still working on it but after that the TV's never were fixed.
Overall, we had a fun time but were unable to watch TV the 4 days we were there and had to sit outside for 1 hour while the house was cleaned.Response from Starkey Properties - 04/07/2010

We had 3 small families stay at this house comfortably. I loved the big kitchen and table which had a seat for everyone. Furnishings were attractive and comfortable. There was a full size bathroom for each family. The beach was a short drive away or we could have rented a golf cart to get there. We had an issue after we arrived with the TV cable not working and a coffee pot that had not been cleaned. These were resolved quickly after we talked to the property management company. If I could not afford to stay at a place on the beach, I'd stay here again.
