Loved seeing so many ships. Enjoyed the view and the accommodations. Everything was perfect. My son could fish anytime he wanted. Would love to stay again soon.

Besides the pool being renovated...the stay was fantastic. We loved the view of dolphins and ships in the channel. Condo was beautiful! This was our second time staying in this condo and we will be back again.

Stayed in CL207 over Spring Break w/ kids and friends. The dolphins really are so close you can hear them "blowing". Watching HUGE ships in channel was amazing. Beds comfy, nicely furnished.
Close to everything. Only negative was pool area under big-time construction which no one warned us about. It will not be finished until end of May 2010, so be forewarned if pool is a big deal. I mentioned to Starkey at check-out and they claimed they "just heard about it", although construction began some three weeks prior to our arrival. Overall good experience, though! -

we had a wonderful stay at Clines Landing. both bedrooms have king size beds and accommodated 2 families with little ones. tons of space for all your needs and extras. we saw plenty of dolphin action and much enjoyed the ships, boats and barges travelling through. definitely would come back to this place. side note, the beach is not within walking distance if you have gear and kids in tow!! we've been visiting Port A for many, many years and consider this the best view ever!
living area could use some blinds and a few extra kitchen bowls and cutting knives would be great.
looking forward to next year. -

This place is wonderful with 2 large bedrooms, each with a full bath and both with king size beds. The condo has been totally re-modeled. Kitchen area is open to the living room which is much larger and nicer than even the pictures look. The sofa also has bed if needed. Kitchen well which stocked, you dont need to bring anything. Condo also has washer & dryer room. Sheets & towels furnished also. All you need to bring is your clothes & food if you want to cook in the condo.
When they say sit on your balcony & watch the dolphins play, they mean it. You also get to watch the pelicans, sea gulls, etc. There were so many dolphins to watch that a dolphin cruise boat stops in the same area daily. You also never know what huge ship, fishing boat or barge you will see at any given moment. The water where the dophins play is only about 30 yards from your balcony. You are on second floor so you are at the perfect height to see them closely. The pool is right below you between the condo and the dolpins.
I really could have stayed my entire visit in the condo just watching the view of dolphins & ships and taking a dip in the pool or hot tub.
You are also in walking distance of many restaurants, clubs, and a fishing marina. There is also a lighted public fishing pier which you can walk to or watch from your balcony as well as private pier furnished by the condo. Fishing ther is great. Beach is very close also.
The view from this room is to die for. I most certainly will be back. It was worth every penny!
