At Costa del Ray Beach Lodge you will stay in a spacious two bedroom unit with 1 queen bed and 1 full two bathrooms for privacy. There is a large living area and a full sized kitchen with enough space to seat six for dinner. There is a dishwasher, also. Each unit has a private deck at the front entrance to relax in the evening or watch the sunrise in the morning. You can go fishing .With limited boat parking.There are outdoor showers to rinse off the sand from your visit to the beach. The area is surrounded by trailer and rv's... the unit is dirty. We were given wrong unit number when we checked in. We were embarassed when our friends visited us. I do not recommend this place to stay.
The property manager has an attitude... what happened to customer service? Customer is laways right.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay in Port Aransas. When your reservation was booked, you were informed of the property that you were booking and you picked that as property you wanted. You received a confirmation and a rental contract that explains the policies of renting a vacation home. You had a printed out photo of the property and the property details. This property is not misrepresented in anyway. You mistook the sky in the picture as the ocean...thinking you had a view of the water, though the property is not listed as a water view property. You were not mislead, you were mistaken. Port Aransas is a beach town and many people travel here in RV's to spend their vacations here as well as renting beach homes. Everyone enjoys Port Aransas in their own way. We offered you several options to make things right for you with in the guide lines of our policies,which you declined. The property had just been deep cleaned and thoroughly inspected prior to your arrival. At Starkey Properties we pride ourself in offering our guests high levels of customer service and do our best to make your vacation experience a pleasant one.

I loved the condos! They were very nice and clean. The only problem I had was concerning the A/C unit; it was off when we arrived and it took till 8 or 9pm that night to cool off.
