This is a beautiful addition to our other fine Safe Harbor Town homes. This is a 2 story Town Home with lot's of extras. Porcelain tile in the kitchen. Gourmet kitchen with beautiful cabinets and state of the art appliances, and a wine cooler, ready for entertaining. The living area floors are Porcelain tile and is beautifully decorated. The house offers 3 bedrooms all carpeted, 3 baths. 2 rooms have queen beds, one room has 2 sets of bunks, and a futon in the loft area. This is a place to truly get away from it all. It was beautiful house and very close to the beach. I had a great time even when we just stayed in.. the entire process was very smooth and easy. I will definitely be renting through starkey again and will be passing on the word to friends and family

Stayed here earlier this year.
It was a good decisions. 3 Rooms, 2.5 Bath.
Master bedroom downstair has Memory Foam Mattress, which was awesome.
Big open living room and fully equipped kitchen.
Garage has grill, which we used. Community swimming pool was small, but very close from the back door.
Overall this was a nice place to stay, would definitely rent this place again !! -

We truly enjoyed the home. It was very clean and worked great for us. The kitchen was well stocked in regards to cooking supplies and utensils. We did encounter a problem with some of the dining room chairs having metal springs poking through. This was a concern due having small children running around. The A/C didn't seem to cool as well in the upstairs bedroom either. Still enjoyed our stay and would use and recommend Starkey in the future.

The house was well equipped for a weekend stay. Didn't have any complaints from the rest of the group who stayed with us. this house is nice & comfy, would recommend it to other family & friends. Will definintely use this agency for future visits to Port A! Thanks!:)

This place was very nice, overall, but we had a few issues. When we first got there, all the smoke alarms were beeping, and we called Starkey but did not get any help until the next day. Ever try to sleep through those beeps? The kitchen, described as "gourmet" was very much understocked in every aspect! We bought kitchen towels, hot pads, sharp knives (the ones provided were beyond dull)grill tools, etc...this stuff was stocked in every other property we viewed while looking for a place for next year. The bathroom linens were fine. The downstairs bed was very comfy. The TV went out in the living room, and the OWNER came over to fix it... he was a nice guy! The overall feeling of the place was nice, but less than homey, more modern. Refrigerator, washer and dryer were great, showers nice. No yard to speak of and no outdoor area to sit and enjoy. No furniture by pool. Grill was provided, and we used that a lot. Nice garage. Living room furniture was pretty but uncomfortable for a whole month. We are homebodies, so this is probably not an issue for someone who is just using the place to crash in. It was restful and clean. Value was good for what we paid.

Lovely 3 bedroom house, suitable for two families to share. Pool right outside the door, perfect for family with children. Driving to beach better than walking in heat. Needed service during stay, and response was within 24 hours. Would recommend both this house and Port A for vacation.

This condo was a good stay. I was happy to pull up to this house and see how good of condition it was in just like the picture. The inside was great plenty of places to sleep for a bigger group of people. all of the appliences were new and I relly liked the big celling fans and all of the flat screens. The few streets that you have to use to get to the house are a little anoying and no beach access but.... I will definitely be back

This house was great for the price. We slept 7 adults and 2 kids very
easily. The house is new, so it is very clean. Large TV in the living
room with a spacious sectional couch that almost all of us could fit
on. The 3 bathrooms were very nice to have. I would recommend this
property to a family or even a group of friends. We would stay here
again.
