This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach home was built in 2005. The house has 2247 square feet with a one car garage available for guests. Beautifully decorated for the seashore and fully equipped including wireless internet, 2 living areas, games, videos, boogie boards, floats, sand toys, beach chairs and much more. Two masters with king beds, queen sofa sleeper, 4 twins, and a full size futon. Located in Royal Sands, the community has a board walk to the beach, and 2 pools. Pools close at dusk. Adult designated pool restricted to ages 14 and older.Miss B'Haven is next to the Five Dove Pool with its own gate to the pool area.

Ms B'Haven was better than we expected. Every room was clean, decorated with fun and happy colors. The beds were comfortable. Bedding fresh and new. Plenty of extras. The house has everything you need for family fun and the owners allow renters to use all of it. The pool was clean and in great shape. We were there for the Texas Sandfest and brought our golf cart to use one the beach. The only frustration we had was getting our cart to the beach. There was no cart access. We were told if we bought a license plate at city hall we could drive on the streets. The house is on HWY 361 and that is the only to the beach with a cart and the only street you cannot drive on in a cart. Grrr! It would be perfect if Royal Sands had cart access to the beach.

This was a great house to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday with her friends. The weather was awesome and the house was so nice to have everyone spread out. The only problems we had was the dvd player upstairs didn't work and the kids were disappointed because they couldn't play games or watch movies. It's a wonderful house.

I relocated to San antonio from Detroit in 2009. I had my two oldest daughter's, significant others and grandson fly down to spend a week "at the beach". My two sons (both in San antonio) also came... very nice property, pool & beach access... perfect environment for a large family or group of friends to spend some quality time together...
We are looking to make it an annual trip first week in October...

We had 11 people in the house and we never felt cramped. Everything was of high quality. They have everything you need except clothes and food. The pool is right outside the back door and the beach is just a short walk up the road. We had so much fun! Hope we get to comeback soon

We enjoyed our stay at Miss B'Haven. We had a wonderful girls weekend despite the cool weather. We mostly enjoyed the living, kitchen and dining area that was big enough for all 11 of us to be together and comfortable. The only downside was that the house could use a new, bigger water heater. We took a lot of cold showers. All in all we had a great weekend.

We live overseas - currently in Russia - and return to Texas once per year to
visit family and friends. We decided to have a little vacation in the middle of it
and rent a house on Port A. This house was a perfect choice for us! Minutes
from the beach, which was much better than I had remembered, and with a
pool right out the back door. We had my mother-in-law and a couple of
friends visit and we never felt crowded. My 4 year old loved the beach toys,
and it was great that it was one less thing that we had to buy. We definitely
want to return next year! -

The house was great but the neighbors to the right side of the house dampered our good time. We got in trouble for playing country music in the back yard and it wasn't even 9:00 pm. I don't think we will ever stay there again.

The house itself is very nice and close to the community’s family pool. The owners obviously spent some energy creating a nice atmosphere. Kudos to them.
That said, the trip got off to an odd start with a cleanliness lecture Friday night by the Starkey rep when we picked up the keys. Being two mature adults we were insulted. It was odd because we’re both extremely meticulous to begin with and were very discriminating selecting this property. The irony is that we were amazed with what we saw when we got to the house. The living room chair was disgustingly stained. Bedspreads had many chunks of candy stuck to them and other stains. I decided to wash everything only to discover many unsightly stains on mattress pads. Also, in one of the bedroom closets, there was a foam mattress pad that had all sorts of hairs on it. That was too much. We called Starkey and were assured we’d get a call from the property manager. We never did. Upon check out they asked us about the stay and we told them. The rep said she saw the notes and said someone should have called. She assured us they would now. They never did. By the way, the pool was green with algae and the house, said to be in the middle of the property and close to the beach, was near the street. And, one final note, I realize we are by the beach, but the sighting of many large cockroaches inside the house did not help matters at all. Again, we do not wish to criticize the owners of this house, but we were very disappointed with Starkey Management and management of the property. It’s a shame because the owners have obviously done a lot to try and create a very nice place. This house deserves better.

This home was a fabulous place for a family beach vacation! Five
minutes after our arrival, our kids had renamed the home "kid
heaven". The proximity to the neighborhood pool was great. The
extra kid's amenities provided for great family fun. We traveled with
two families and had plenty of room for everyone. I would absolutely
rent this home again. -

Cibolo, TXA Great Weekend Get-a-way!

We had an incredible experience. This is the first time my wife and I have ever shared a weekend getaway with family. The house was big enough that you never really felt congested or tripping over one another. THe open first floor plan was ideal for everyone to share in all of the fun.
I would highly recommend this site to anybody for a great family getaway. We are planning a return in the near future.
