Description

Beautiful condo with exquisite furnishings, LCD TV, stereo, DVD player plays BluRay, Internet for UTube or access Netflix. New appliances stainless steel appliances 2017. Pillow top mattresses, condo decorated with excellent style. View of the water from the lanai, sit and sip a glass of wine from nice wine glasses while watching the sunset over the water. Close to beaches, restaurants, golf courses, shopping yet in quiet area. Area known for great fishing, across the street from the famous El Jobean fishing pier. Even if you don't fish, it's fun to watch the fisherman and the boats. Many fun and entertaining things to do in the area, Fisherman's Village has a great restaurant and many nice shops to explore. Myakka River State Park great place to enjoy the wilderness, walk the canopy, birdwatch or even check out the alligators. There's an airboat ride, canoe, and bike rentals, much to do. Drive a little further and go sea shell shopping or hunting at Sanibel Island. Like to shop, try Fleamasters, the largest flea market in the south. You'll find beautiful art, clothing, jewelry and just about anything at excellent prices. Several of my custom framed art pieces were ordered there, very unique. Go to Boca Grande rent a golf cart and explore the little seaside village, excellent restaurants. The beaches in the area are clean, quiet and best of all free. The water is warm and clear, nice restaurants with ocean views in Englewood and Venice. Take a ride up to Siesta Key and listen to the drums as the sun sets over the water, a unique experience.

Sarasota about 30 minutes, Ringling Bros Circus, excellent restaurants and shopping. Venice and Venice Beach with another fishing pier 20 minutes.

Disney, Universal, Sea World about a 2 hour drive, Miami about 3 hours.

There's so much to do in the area but if you chose to do nothing you can enjoy relaxing in a clean, comfortable condo. Everything almost new, dishes, glasses of all kinds, champagne, wine, margarita, martini, nothing left out. I furnished this condo as if it was my house, has all appliances (new 2017) dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, etc. etc.

Come enjoy a condo that will be your home away from home. Please inquire about stays shorter than a month. We gladly accept weekly rentals off season.

How do damage deposits work?
