This beautiful apartment is on the ground floor of a brand-new, luxurious complex placed in Puerto Pollensa, not far from the lovely small beaches of the popular Pine walk.
Upon entering the apartment we can find a nice open plan lounge dining kitchen with double sliding glass doors looking out the front covered terrace with its own private lawn area. Modern units and marble work surfaces complement the stainless steel oven and touch dial vitro hob. There is a large fridge-freezer, microwave and a dishwasher.
