What Past Guests Are Saying
Great position but interiors are tired
Great position for the beach 9just across the road), walking into Macrossan Street etc. Exterior of building and the pool area look fine but the apartment (308) and we suspect all the others, are looking very tired inside and need renovation. Glasss showers screens are in need of replacementand we found the mid stay cleaning job was a quick job. Suspect this is pretty general for Port Douglas as we seem teams of young people doing the cleaning and they don't inspire much confidence.

Unfortunately, the apartment that you are referring to isn't our property. Our Apartment #328 Beaches is privately manage outside of the resort and is very well kept. We also have a very professional (mature) cleaning team that service our private properties.

Wonderful apartment and brilliant customer service!
Our stay in Port Douglas was brilliant due to the customer service that Michelle Jolley gave and the top quality of the apartment. It was a joy to wake each morning and have a swim, or go to the beach, which was directly out our door. It took 3 mins to get to the main street where all the shops and restaraunts were. If you have a baby, it's great as it's all a stones throw away from everything and the apartment is all one level and very much child proof. Can highly recommend this apartment and Michelle's customer service. You can't go wrong. Regards, Yvonne and family
Close to the water
What an excellent location. Down the stairs turn left, walk across the road and into the warm protected surf beach. Lifeguard on duty every day we were there.
Turn right from the stairs and the heated pool was just a few steps away. Fnq apartments arranged the booking and checking in to Beaches apartment, managed by Latituse 16, was friendly, quick and easy. Suggestions for tours and where to eat were provided. The third floor apartment (no lifts) was airy, clean, air conditioned in bedrooms and living with ceiling fans in all areas. Good sized undercover balcony with large table and chairs overlooking the pool and beach. Beds were very comfortable. Washing machine and dryer in second bathroom. Whilst the kitchen appliances, cuttlery and crockery were more than adequate another saucepan or two would have been great. On site BBQ (2) were clean and well used. The apartment was serviced mid stay with clean towels, sheets. and toilettries. Besides the excellent location with the beach the main street, Macrossan, was just a short walk away. Shops,food and pubs close handy. Even the marina in wharf st was within walking distance. An excellent place to stay that lived up to the expectations painted by the girls at FNQ apartments. We will stay here again.
A Holiday to Remember
Well maintained apartment, suitably positioned and within walking distance to the shopping strip and lovely restaurants at Macrossan Street.Great cafe for brekky and light meals nearby. Conveniently located across the road from the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in hand and enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings.
We stayed at 328 Beaches for the second time this May as we enjoyed it the last time we were here. The position is excellent, right on the beach. The apartment has beach views and at night you can hear the sound of the waves as you are lulled to sleep. The apartment is fully self contained with all the facilities needed with a family. The apartment also has a great pool which is wind protected and peaceful. An enjoyable stay was had.
