The best two things about Villa Pattree are the view and Ira the owner. The view of the bay and harbour from the hillside is perfect. There is something going on every day so the view is constantly changing. Ira is a wonderful hostess and makes sure your stay goes well. The grounds, the pool and villa are well kept and Ira makes sure they stay that way almost daily. The inside of the villa is a little old fashioned but none the worst for that, it has everything you need. It is looked after by Rusha who keeps it perfectly clean and tidy twice a week. There is a large terrace that is shared between the two villas - south and north, but there is definitely enough space at each end of the terrace to be private. The pool is small but very welcome after climbing the hill from your walk into town which takes about 15 mins for old codgers like us! You can just about swim in it. All in all a very lovely three months stay. Ira gave us a very good deal for our long stay, thank you Ira.

Villa Pattree was in my opinion one of the best places we could have stayed. I looked for something that had close proximity to 'town', a pool, a kitchen and a view. We got it all. The walk may be a bit much for some as part is a steep hill, but that is where the pool comes in handy. Just throw on your swimsuit and jump in! The view is great and the place is clean and comfortable. Do keep in mind you may have to share the common area if the North villa is occupied. Not a problem for us, we got along well with our "villa mates'. Also, Grenadine Island Villas took great care of us. Answering all questions and offering their services in many areas. I highly recommend both the villa and the rental company.
