Beautiful recently refurbished two bedroomed house overlooking the canals of Port Grimaud. This house has a modern kitchen with all facilities, it has a large comfortable living / dining area. There is also a dowstairs toilet.
The first floor has two double bedrooms and a newly refurbished shower room, toilet and laundry room.
The house also has a ten metre berth (available at a extra cost).
There is a superb terraced area and garden overlookig the water with large BBQ ideal for outside dining. There is also a small front terrace which gets sun most of the day, it is ideal for morning coffee.
