Historic Port Ludlow is 40 miles from Seattle, easily accessed across the Puget Sound on the ferry. It was once a busy logging town, now a beautiful marina and peaceful community. It rains much less here and the weather is milder than Seattle. Once you cross the Sound on the ferry, you are away from it all. It is much quieter and less hectic on this side of the water. You'll feel the change immediately.

Port Ludlow is 17 miles north of Kingston, where the ferry lands from Edmonds. It is also 17 miles south of Historic Port Townsend. There are many farmers markets in the area and other points of interest. There are several award winning golf courses that are close to the condos.

A personal check in the amount of $200.00 will be held as a security and damage deposit. It will be returned to you after the condo is cleaned and no damages assessed. A Cleaning fee of $100/ condo/visit is required and will be added to the rent check. Cashiers checks preferred for arrangements made less than one month in advance.

The resort at Port Ludlow is a great place to stay and this condo was very functional.The restaurant at the inn was excellent and reasonably priced. Service was freindly and efficient. Views are fantastic from the condo and the restaurant deck. Only drawbacks for this condo in particular are, no internet although free internet available at the Inn/restaurant and the washer/dryer were behind a locked door and not available for use by tenants.
