Located in front of popular Town Beach and next door to Port City Bowling Club, an impressive venue for restaurants, bars and entertainment.
Walk to town centre and leave the car in the secure underground private garage. Remote control garage and entrance gate coupled with secure access to building and elevator. Your apartment has exclusive elevator access entrance area that only you can get to.
Beaches surround the Sandcastle and a walking track will take you to town or Lighthouse Beach.

what a wonderful surprise,could not believe the size of the room,the view from our room,unit 406, was amazing, parking was good and there was plenty of good eateries close by. Have never enjoyed a holiday as much .I am a hard marker and have been more than disappointed more than once but this was pure bliss. Will definitely be back.

There was nothing more I could have asked for. Simply said, it was perfect. Manchester was modern, new, comfortable and unscathed.
The master bedroom was magical with a fairy tale view of an endless ocean.
Plenty of room if kids are around and very safe.
Port Macquarie is such a friendly place, like no other you can find.
This experience was one to remember and I will definitely be back there! -

We were after a comfortable 3 bedroom apartment close to Town Beach.
Sandcastle 607 delivered on all fronts.
The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed and well equipped.
The short walk across the street to Town Beach was so easy that we didn't bother to visit any of the other Port beaches during our stay.
The huge large lock up garage allowed us to easily and safely store the car, beach gear and bikes.
The owner was extremely helpful and eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
We made great use of the beach front walking trail just outside the front door. So don't think a small gym in the building necessary in any way.
Internet access was great for the kids and also allowed us to solve a few work issues quickly and easily.
We'll be back!

I didn't want to leave the balcony. The most amazing views over the ocean and on several occasions we could see the whales and their calves. The ultimate relax and get away but at the same time just a short walk from everything (great cafe down the road). Apart from the balcony we found the place spacious and well appointed. Especially liked the roof terrace.
I especially liked the security aspect and the fact that I had a lockable garage and a place to lock the kids water toys away at the end of the day. -

A week was not enough. The views were simply wonderful, the proximity to the beach is second to none. Lovely furnishings and a spacious apartment made for a very comfortable stay. Enjoy the wonderful coastal walk along Port's beaches. We will be coming back here for sure - if we can get a booking once the word is out!

Overall 607 Sandcastle was a very nice apartment. Very spacious with very tasteful furnishings. I find it difficult to say that it was value for money over the xmas period. For the price charged there really should have been a pool/spa/gym. Ultimately there are no onsite property facilities and I would not normally pay this premium again. The roof terrace is very nice but is a separate stairwell to access and has no sun lounges or bbq etc. Other minor gripes would be the very early check-out time of 10:00am and after paying in excess of $3,000 then having to pay for wifi as well - certainly not what I'd expect for the price we paid. Port Macquarie is a beautiful town and Sandcastles is probably one of the premier apartments and 607 is very nice.

What an incredible find! This place is a real hidden gem. I am sooo reluctant to say anything about it, because I am concerned that I will not be able to book another stay, because it will become permanentlty booked out. The apartment is brand new and really well appointed. The views are to die for. Beach views and what an amazing beach! This apartment has its own private rooftop terrace with panoramic views. A great place to sit with a relaxing drink at the end of the day. There is also front and rear balconies. We had fresh barbequed fish on the balcony overlooking the ocean nearly every night. I wish I was back there right now. I am definitely planning a return visit very soon.
