Very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished townhome with 3 decks for your enjoyment, boat slip for convenience, and access to the pool for a refreshing change of salinity! Just a short walk to the Fishing Center, ICW and Boat Launch.

The Tigrett service is awesome; no issues there. This unit, howver, was a very poor experience. We have rented in other Pirate's Cove units, and we were extremely disappointed with this one.the furnishings were horrible, and bedrooms didnt include dressers, lamps..just beds. The bathrooms were horrid. Everthing was very outdated. This may be fine for a group of fisherman who are looking for primitive housing, but not for a group that includes women or anyone who wanted to actually spend any time in the unit - just needs to be advertised as "fish camp". We rented this (vs getting rooms at Clark's) so as a group we could spend time together in the common areas - we were so turned off by the interior of the unit that we regretted this decision.

Good place for the $$. We had 4 guys and the place had plenty of room for 6 or so. The location was very convent and the extra aC units up stairs made for some great white noise to sleep by. We did not spend much time in the condo but it was perfect to recharge the batteries and head back out on the water.

A nice 3 bedroom with lots of space and has a boat slip attached. The property is a little dated and shows signs of wear, but is a good value for the price.

Everything was in good shape, but. the two lounge chairs are almost at the end of their life. Very exciting to lean back in them, really getting a little dangerous. They feel like they are going to tip over backwards. They have always done this to some extent but I think they are really getting bad. The two new air (whatever they are) did a good job until the last night. "bowl full" what does that mean? We could not find anything to empty and they kept beeping so we had to turn them off. Also needed to have the filters cleaned.
Pretty good condo for it's age. -

This unit is acceptable in condition but has several areas that are showing neglect. Mold and mildew in ceiling in more than one room. There were no trash bags which i havent had to provide in the past years. Oven was very dirty when we arrived. I would rent this property again due to convenience but not because of quality of property

We have stayed in PC #3 before and it was just the same as last time. It is nice to come in and know that towels, bedding, pillows, etc. are all provided. We just pick a room and enjoy. It's nice to know that we don't have to do anything more than get all our personal belongings out when it's time to go. No cleaning...so nice.
