Top of the line unit with exceptional views (even from the master bath!) - close but not too close to Froggie's Bait Camp and the Public Boat Ramp. 60' pier has t-head on the ICW for fishing fun, but just in case, the Owner's have provided wi-fi internet access if you must crack open the lap-top.
The spacious upstairs deck measures 1,000 square feet.
Note: House is built on zero lot line, parking Prohibited on either side of house. Towing enforced.

For the third year in a row, I have rented Casa O'Connor for a group of my customers. They love the house and the fact that is on the water and right next door to the boat dock we use. They always comment on how nice the house is and how much they enjoy their stay. This is a great property!

The comfortable furnishings and convenient location of Casa O'Oconnor insure a very enjoyable visit. The boat lift is a nice amenity and provides a secure place to park the boat after a long day of fishing. There is always something interesting to watch on the ICW and the view is great from the balcony or from the pier. Access from the front driveway to the upper floors at the rear of the house is somewhar awkward as you walk around the house through the lot next door. However, that hasn't stopped us from renting this house several times.

The house was nice and clean. Good location.
The only complaint I have is that it was not very well supplied.
There was no bath soap, shampoo or paper towels.
If we knew that we could have brought some. The homes we have rented before have always had small little samples which we could use.
We had to go buy some when we got there.

Casa O'Connor is wonderful. We love the house the dock and proximity to fishing. We hate to leave when our stay is over.

Great house, had 3 families stay with plenty of room. Kids had a great time fishing and boating using the provided slips. Had an issue with the disposal being clogged and the underwater light at the end of the pier. The staff from Tigrett came out very quickly and fixed both problems!

We're very sorry about the garbage disposal. As it turns out, it was an old bottle cap that had become lodged.
The underwater light is a new addition, and the owner has been working on that issue for a while.
We're just so happy, Matthew, that the kids enjoyed themselves. When they have fun, the parents can have fun.
Be sure to bring the entire group back again soon!
