Eastside Lumber & Decking of austin, James Hardie and Boise Cascade had 15 associates and customers at Dolphin Lodge for the weekend. 5 guides pulled up behind the house at 7 am and 3 guys got into each boat. Everyone came back around 2 PM. We cooked every meal in the great, open kitchen/ living room. The 2 car garage is party central, open up the doors, great breeze, big screen TV and shade. Everyone caught a lot of big fish. Tigrett can line you up with the same guides. I love this place!

The house is fabulous with great amenities. The house is well maintained and has everything you need. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a lot of room or has kids.
The only negative is a list of rules through Caracol neighborhood that make it a hassle to stay there.
