I would rather pay a little extra and be able to have the quiet of #2. It is perfect for fishing, my dogs and bringing customers and friends. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I wish you had more TV channels like Espn and CNN.

Very nice and in great shape. Only problems are the cable service is not good and the driveway is a little short to easily back in a boat. Other than that, it worked out real good for our family. Also, fast response to the coffee maker not working!

As for the cable, unfortunately the local cable system is very antiquated. This house does not subscribe to the premium channels, either, so that's why HBO looks like it's there, but very fuzzy - it's because of the old-school encryption they use. That said, even on the regular channels, we know it's not HD and the weather can affect the reception. Just another part of the "charm" of living at the end of the road!
