Newly decorated condo with casual lifestyle and comfort in mind. The 1460 sf.open floor plan and large bedrooms are all freshly painted in soothing Florida colors, with updated luxury linens, and VERY comfortable matresses. You will appreciate the 3 new flat screen TV's: 37' in living area and 32' in both bedrooms and enjoy High Definition viewing at it's finest! Listen to your own music library by bringing your IPOD to plug into the stereo dock. Even the artwork is special, showcasing local Florida artist, April Davis.

The condo is designed to be rented in 3 different configurations: as a 2 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath condominiom, as a 1 b...edroom 1 and 1/2 bath condominium or as a studio apartment with kitchenette. all configurations have equal access to the laundry closet. You will find the floor plan in the photos section.

A golfer's paradise...within a mile is the PGA Golf Club featuring 3 championship golf courses, the PGA Center for Golf Learning & Performance and the PGA Museum of Golf and a fun complimentary PGA Short course. All facilities will provide the novice to the professional a golf experience like none other.

Baseball, Beaches and Entertainment: A baseball lover's paradise...within a 5 minute drive is Digitial Domain field, the spring training facility for the New York Mets and home field for the St. Lucie Mets (New York Mets farm team).

Beautiful Florida beaches are a 30 minute drive through town. Disney theme parks are an easy 90 minute drive. Within a 5 miles you will find over 50 restaurants, an 14 screen Rave movie complex, a new large family entertainment arcade and more shopping than you can imagine.

Historic neighboring communities of Jensen Beach, Stuart and Fort Pierce are located along the intercoastal waterway near the ocean and provide a fun day trip and an interesting glimpse into Florida's past.

When the temperature is perfect, which is often, open both the sliding doors to the fully screened lanai and enjoy the 2nd floor breeze and view....nature at it's best.

Interior details...: The kitchen is fully stocked and includes plenty of dishes and cookware to entertain guests or not have to run the dishwasher often. Prepare a quick, healthy homemade meal with the George Foreman grill or take a short trip to the pool/playground area to use one of the charcoal grills in the park setting.

The master bedroom/bathroom has 2 queen beds, large walk in closet, large dresser, double sinks and spacious walk in tiled shower with built in bench.

The second bedroom (B side) has 2 queen beds, updated bathroom, and a kitchenette which includes sink, mini frig, microwave, coffee maker and is completely stocked with paper goods.

Golf: The PGA Golf Club is designed by legendary architects Tom Fazio and Pete Dye and presents you with three Championship courses, each having earned Audubon International Signature Status for environmental preservation.

Additional Location Information

The condo is located in the 24/7 manned security gated Castle Pines condominum community with easy access to Interstate 95 on the east coast of sunny south Florida. The common area includes a large pool, hot tub, playground, BBQ grills and picnic area.

The location is an upstairs end unit with lots of natural light and breeze from the screend in patio off the living room kitchen area. Close parking is available directly in front of the building.

Nice sidewalks and well maintained landscaping make Castle Pines a pedestrian and dog friendly neighborhood. There is a nice mix of permanent residents, seasonal renters, temporary corporate housing tenants and short term resort guests. The Castle Pines community includes approximately150 condominims and townhomes.

$200 non-refundable pet fee for additional cleaning. Proof of vaccinations and flea control system required.
2.5% - 3.75% transaction fee for credit card transactions over $1000
March - April 2014 check in and check out days on Saturdays only.
A deposit/first payment is required to hold a reservation and balance is due 60 and 30 days (including $250 security/damage deposit) prior to check in date.
In the event of a cancellation less than 60 days prior to check in date, first payment/deposit is non-refundable. Full or partial refund of rental fees is dependent on owner’s ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. All rates are subject to availability.
