This waterfront villa is in a prestigious location on the St. Lucie River. One of six Sandpiper Bay models with a breathtaking view of the wide St. Lucie River.

Completely secluded, this villa has been totally remodeled and has a view of the river from every room. With its own private dock and concrete patio, overlooking the almost mile-wide St. Lucie River, you have breathtaking views of gorgeous sunsets, dolphins jumping out of the water, and all kinds of tropical birds.

Take advantage of the excellent fishing, right off your own private dock. Surrounded by three golf courses, the lovely all-inclusive "Club Med Resort", the "Bal...lantrae Golf and Yacht Club" and the "Saints" Golf Course Lounge and Restaurant.

Within walking distance is the newly renovated Club Med Sandpiper Bay, which now caters more to the tennis and golf enthusiasts. There will also be additions made to their fitness centers and also a new water park for the kids.

At Club Med Resort, you can purchase various day membership packages to golf, dine at one of their fantastic restaurants and lounges, or buy various resort privileges. Golf daily or buy one of their varied golf course memberships. As a Villa of Sandpiper Bay, you can enjoy the large heated pool and Jacuzzi with a covered area to get out of the sun if you desire.

We are 15 minutes to the beaches, 5 minutes to the mall and quaint shops, outdoor restaurants and cafes of downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach. Everything is close by to the Villas of Sandpiper Bay.

If you like baseball, the St. Lucie Mets (and New York Mets during Spring Training) are within a 15 minute drive to Digital Domain Park.

Required minimum stay of 7 nights. Call for pricing of additional people.

$1200 Security deposit, refunded immediately after stay, if no damage and no smoking.

$150 cleaning fee will be charged. ($1350 required to reserve dates.)

Total amount of RENT due will be paid by BANK CHECK 30 days before your stay.

For monthly rental - cancellation policy 90 days before; weekly - 30 days before.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
If Renter gives at least 90 days notice of cancellation prior to scheduled arrival date, the Renter will lose 1/2 the security and the cleaning fee a total of $750. If the renter does not give at least 90 days notice prior to canceling the full security and cleaning fee will be forfeited, a total of $1350.

  While the unit is right next to the Club Med you feel like you are in a quiet residental setting because you drive through a neighborhood to the condo. It was very quiet during our visit in May. It is comfortable two bedroom condo with good beds and each bedroom has its own bath. One has a shower and the other a tub. The view from the patio is of the river and the Club Med marina which is nice (the marina was not very busy while we were there). Easy access to downtown Stuart (20 mins) or local restuarants.

  the villa is very well appointed and newly remodeled, halfway between orlando and miami so lots to do. restaurants and shopping very close buy along with a wide assortment of golf courses. pool for use is very nice buy you have to drive about 3 mile to get to it. overall villa is a very good value

  For clarification purposes the tenant was informed before hand that the pool was at the main complex, which is 1 mile away.
