This peaceful villa has extensive, secure gardens with a private pool and new full-sized tennis court. The outside terrace with built-in barbecue, overlooks the pool, patio and gardens. The property is entirely enclosed and provides a great exploring space for children. Internally there are 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, a large newly fitted open plan kitchen and dining room(with large open fireplace), separate lounge with double sofa bed and large open fireplace, 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath and 2 separate toilets. Everything as advertised and more. Ideal for family getaways in picturesque countryside with access to Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion, and Bergerac airport is only 30 minutes by car. Really convenient for whatever you fancy - relaxing by the pool and playing tennis, or a great day out. We stayed for a week and did both...one day canoeing on the Dordogne, another to the Pyla sand due with our son. Ste-Foy, the nearby town, has a charming weekend market and all amenities. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Stayed for a long weekend at the villa. Lovely and spacious with a great pool and tennis court. would recommend to anyone. Easy to get to from the local airport, and the local town is charming to visit. looking forward to revisiting soon.
