This cottage with fabulous views across Mounts Bay can accommodate up to 6 holidaymakers in comfort. Most of its accommodation is on the first floor which gives wonderful views over the Bay from the Lizard Peninsula in the east to Penzance in the West. Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels all included in the price.
First Floor
The Living Room has comfortable seating for everyone and TV/DVD/Freeview and board games to enjoy as well as the panoramic view of Mounts Bay. There is also an ample dining area.
The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven/hob/fridge/freezer/microwave and dishwasher and lovely sea views.

Near Helston on Cornwall's South West Coast and renowned for its year round mild climate, Cliffside Holiday Cottage is situated on the cliffs to the east side of Porthleven Harbour with nearby access to the beach. Free parking for 2 cars. An ideal house for families or couples at any time of the year and wonderfully warm and cosy in winter. Holidaymakers can enjoy a short walk along the clifftop (part of the South West Coastal Path) and through the ancient narrow lanes to the village, which is a popular holiday resort and also the most Southerly working fishing port in Britain.
The harbour and surrounding area is alive with restaurants, pubs and cafes alongside gift and craft shops, chandlers, boatbuilders and art galleries and retains much charm and character of bygone years with many buildings remaining from a time when the harbour flourished with the shipping of copper, lead and silver and also had a large trade in pilchards. It is the only west facing port in Cornwall and the present harbour was built in the early 1800’s.
There are elegant Victorian and Edwardian villas and fishermen’s cottages nestling into the surrounding hillside and visitors enjoy the lovely views and relax on the beach which is sheltered by the cliffs.
A well-stocked supermarket, off licence and play area for children are all situated in the Village.
The cottage is on the side of the South West Coastal path and a short walk from the National Trust's Penrose Estate and Loe Bar - a very popular destination.
Within easy distance of Lands End, St Michael's Mount and St Ives, Praa Sands fabulous beach, Padstow, the Eden Project and lots more.
