All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

A lovely house, very warm welcome from the owners. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was amazing, a real home from home. Great location for walks and Porthmadog town. Thoroughly recommended!!

Bryn Parc has been beautifully upgraded by the present owners,who couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. We loved the quiet walk to the village and then on to Portmadog. There's plenty of space to play and sit, and we liked being on our own!

From the very start our holiday was amazing, we were welcomed by David and Joy who showed us where everything was and also provided afternoon tea and biscuits, there was also wine and flowers. The cottage was very comfortable and the scenery great. We had lots of places of interest to go within easy reach of the cottage. The nearby beach at Borth-y-Gest is worth a visit,walk to the third bay along over a short bridge we found this to be the best beach.

This was a super 4 bedroom cottage with a lovely big
kitchen, low doorways and some ceilings (so beware
those over 6ft). Garden was well maintained and fully
enclosed so perfect for the kids to play out.
Local area attractions were easy to reach in all
directions though Porthmadog in summer can get
traffic clogged so leave time to get out.
Owners were very welcoming and more than happy to
help at any time throughout the stay.
All in all a great house and we loved North Wales.
