I've spent several months at this property and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. It's safe, secure, comfortable, and beautiful! Tastefully decorated, has well-organized extras (like a sewing kit)... everything I have needed has been carefully put in place. The arrival instructions provided me with all the detail to make an easy transition. The walkability really couldn't be better; gorgeous waterfront walks just moments from the door. A real gem! Receives my highest recommendation.

For starters, the owner is a gem. She stays in contact and is available when needed. I stayed twice, both times for more than 4 weeks.
I returned because the condo is perfect and in a great location. The first visit, I had my car (there is secured underground parking).
The following year, I flew to Portland as there is no need for a vehicle. The building is on the Willamette River yet very close-in to downtown. All of Portland proper is within walking distance, or you can get on the streetcar (1 block away) and access shopping, restaurants, local sites, Saturday Market, farmers markets - Powell's, Whole foods . . . just about everything.
The condo faces east toward the sunrise, it is right on the water with spectacular views.
Summation: great location, well furnished and in a beautiful, secure, and very quiet, building. -

My husband and I spent three months in 2012 in Portland and were extremely fortunate to rent this condo! It's right on the Willamette river in a great location in the s/w area of the city. The condo is terrific! Wood floors, high end appliances, awesome bed, huge bathroom, delightful balcony, and in a complex with a concierge and underground parking. You can leave your building and in one minute be at a high end athletic club. You are minutes from the street car and tons of great, waterfront restaurants. Bike riding trails, hiking trails, yoga studies, kayaking - it is all right there! We loved our summer stay so much we are returning, and renting the same unit, for three months this summer, 2013! Cannot say enough great things about this place, the location, and the owner!!
