Our floating home has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, which is surrounded by over 3,000 square feet of floating cedar decking, floating green house,  Large master bedroom suite, includes the entire second floor of over 1,000 square feet, with a 7 foot glass block shower, marble counter tops, two TVS with VCRS & cable TV, king sized Beauty Rest mattress with 4" Tempurpedic foam & quality linens, sitting area with entertainment center, double french doors open onto a private deck & hot tub, where you can take in the view, while enjoying your morning cup of coffee.

Large cedar deck  (  30' X 30' ), includes a built in custom made fire pit to... warm you on those chilly nights. The barbecue is the perfect tool to roast all the fish you are going to catch from the deck. Sit in a comfy lawn chair or lounger and watch the river roll by. Fishing poles & a canoe are at your disposal.

Great room includes two glass walls looking out over the river and surrounding mountains, French doors open out to the rear & side deck including a picnic table for those morning breakfast feasts, wood floors, Wood Burning fireplace, entertainment center, wireless internet, cable TV, complete gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and all the amenities you would expect to find in a quality home. Downstairs guest bedroom #2 with queen bed, TV with DVD, downstairs bedroom #3 queen bed, there is a queen air hide-a-bed ( that is very comfortable, ) in the great room, and queen air bed is stored in lower bedroom closet.

  Loved the Minnow floating home, but not the location

  The "Minnow" is named justly, since it is so small, but for two, it is perfect! However, you have to be of ages that you don't mind the steep stairs going up to bed in the loft. Wouldn't be good for older folks or people with bad legs.
  We loved the idea of being on the water and how different the whole experience was. The downfalls came when the train came during the middle of the night. We had to have the windows open, since it was so warm and the train was only about 45 feet from our heads. With no screens on the windows, it was also hard for me to fall asleep, thinking that bugs might find their way in. After several minutes of trying to get the TV to work, my husband gave up. Wish they would have told us it didn't work or left directions on how to work it. After reading the journal of other guests, it appeared it hadn't worked for others either, so no TV or music.
  The weather was fabulous so we were gone most of the time. Had to go into Portland to keep busy, but that was OK, just at least a 30 minute ride both ways.
  The Minnow was clean and well equipped with small appliances, towels, etc. We did take our own sleeping bags and towels though, since we didn't want to waste our time doing laundry as they request we do before leaving.
