The location has easy and quick access to Downtown (less than 3 miles), OHSU and Lewis & Clark. Public transit stops are just one block away, or downtown is a 15 minute bike ride via the Willamette Greenway Trail just outside the front door. There is also one off street parking space in the driveway for the house.

You will love this house, it is as beautiful as the picture shows. The time you share having breakfast, lunch, and or dinner out on the patio will be timeless memories. The house is beautiful inside too. Great place for the price and the beautiful surrounding. Walking distance to stores. The owner is very nice and helpful.
