An entire home to enjoy!
It has all the comforts and conveniences. There is high speed internet, flat screen TV, blu-ray player, a queen-sized bed, a full-sized bed, and two twin-sized beds. There is even a couch that converts into a queen-sized bed. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi. There’s a brand new heat pump to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. There’s a driveway to park your car in, and plenty of parking on the street, too. There a spacious backyard with raspberries in season.

The house is located in the University Park neighborhood of North Portland, only four blocks from beautiful Columbia Park, one of the largest parks in the city. Columbia Park has playgrounds, an indoor swimming pool, tree-lined paths, and athletic fields. The University of Portland is only 0.7 miles away, and the shops and restaurants of St. Johns are less than two miles down the road. Kenton, with its farmers market, shops, and restaurants, (and iconic Paul Bunyan statue) is also less than two miles away. Downtown Portland is 13 minutes away, while PDX is a short 20 minute drive. The Alberta Arts district is 11 minutes away, as is the Historic Mississippi Avenue Shopping and Restaurant District.
