Description from the manager
This house is located in a holiday complex built in 2000, with 13 terraced houses, 9 of which are availible to rent. The house is in a sunny position in the center of Porto Cervo, 700 m from the sea. There is a shared garden (10'000 m2) and a swimming pool (17 x 8 m, depth 100 - 230 cm, open June 01 - Sept. 30). The house has a private outside area with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is a nice view of the sea. There is a garage with parking for 3 cars. Next to the property there is a transit road and a bus parking lot. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
