Our propertie consist of 1 apartment sleeping up to 4 people. It have a double bedroom, kitchen-diner with sofa-bed and full bathroom. We provide satellite television, WIFI Internet and air conditioning.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need; crockery, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. We can also offer catering service in one of the nearby restaurants

Quiet,sunny holidays enjoying the peace and tranquillity offered by Porto Colom. Enjoy the tranquil fishing port, one of the largest natural harbours on the island, a haven for many boats during the summer seeking calm waters. Great place for those looking for the fishing village charm of yesteryear.
Highlights include the classic lighthouse on the bay and the sanctuary of San Salvador seen close by in the surrounding hills. The walks through the port are a wonder that thousands of tourists discover every year. The strong growth experienced by Mallorca, following the massive influx of tourists and hotel construction have failed to destroy the picture of Porto Colom.
Brash modernity has passed it by preserving the charming fishing port of a bygone era.
The main beach of Cala Marcal, is 200 meters from our apartment, fine white beach sand, which being cleaned every day, gets an annual recognition of “Blue Flag” which makes it very popular among visitors and local families.
Also required is a visit to the port “old” and the church that has the most genuine charm of a fishing port. Purchases from the port area are divided in a fair selection of shops for essential purchases every day, but on Tuesday a market is mounted in the center of town

If you're looking for a basic, very economically priced apartment (living, kitchenette, bedroom, bath) on Mallorca's relatively quiet eastern coast, this is the one. Quiet at night, beaches, shops and adequate restaurants nearby, bike/car rental, wifi, and very charming (and funny) owner. Porto Coloms surroundings are beautiful for hiking/cycling, especially in spring and autumn. Can't think of any better place for a really relaxing (and sporting, if you like) holiday.

familie barcelo are very kind and friendly!!!they help about any questions. there you can rent a car or they travel the guest with their own taxi.
its a nice little flat, you have a look to the sea, its in the middle of the town,
good for trips on the isle.its clean and good for two people...
when i visit mallorca again, than i come back to this appament!

Spacious flat near a splendid cove, not overcrowded. Portocolom still is a town not overcrowded by mass-tourism. Mr Barcelo is very nice and speaks several languages : it's very practical !! He makes all what he can to satisfy his customers even if he is very busy in summertime. We recommend this apartment as we enjoyed our stay a lot. We were there for two weeks and have visited everywhere in the island by renting a car.

I would easily recommend these rentals, convenient to all amenities and the owners are extremely helpful about everything one requires. Also, they have the Car and Bike rentals available on the ground floor amazing just on the doorstep.

very friendely atmosphere, perfectly located between picturesque harbour, beach and hiking country, rates very reasonable. if you don't care for excessive luxury and are looking for a quiet base to explore this tranquil part of Mallorca, you won't find anything better than this appartment-car/bike rental-compound. Very recommendable!
