The apartment has been fully renovated to high contemporary standards with a totally equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), 2 bathrooms and great sunny lounge with balcony. Excellent for tasting Port wine in a nice summer evening. The apartment is part of a private closed condo with very well maintained gardens. It is a very safe and pleasant place for families, couples or a small group of friends. Garage parking with remote control is available as part of the condo. Maps, Guides of Porto and North Portugal (in English) and a collection of DVDs and CDs are provided to our guests. Free fast WIFI internet is available.

The apartment is located in a typical Porto townhouse street. This is a fabulous apartment to have as an holiday base with a great location to explore Porto and North Portugal. Porto, the country’s second largest city, is in itself full of interest. Douro, Minho and North Portugal coastline are of great interest offering excellent wine, seafood and amazing scenery. Traditional cities like Viana do Castelo, Braga, Ponte de Lima or Guimarães are within 50 kms range and worth a visit. The apartment offers great connections as it is 5 minutes away from the motorway that circumvents the city. Bus stops are 5 minutes away and the Metro station 'Combatentes' at 15 minutes (walking) which is 5 stops away from the UNESCO protect area of Porto. You can find shops, cafes and restaurants 1 minute from the apartment and is also very conveniently located at 10 minutes walking from FC Porto football stadium (and the newest shopping mall in Porto), the university major campus and Hospital S. Joao.

Please email to check availability. 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Payments made by paypal or by bank transfer. The remainder is payable in cash upon arrival to the apartment. A €100 refundable damage deposit is payable at the same time and refunded on the last day of holiday. 15% discount for rental periods of 2 weeks or more. For rental periods of 3 months or more the rate is 600 euros per month, bills included.

Excellent - well equipped
We stayed here for a month in May - a working holiday. It was an excellent choice. It had everything that you could need and more. It was very easy to book. We were met by the house keeper - very easy no hassel. We hired a car for the whole time we were there so I cannot comment on the public transport and the ease of it in comparison to where the apartment is. Great apartment.

Everything you could want to use was available in the apsrtment and Manuela the housekeeper was very accommodating and prompt. It was a bit out of the way for our needs but the subway was not too far away. The visitors book was helful with restaurant info and other information regarding supermarkets. Very comfortable and cozy apartment.

Great value, local ambiance
Accommodations were well appointed and our hosts most gracious. Housekeeper only speaks Portegese, but very friendly and helpful. Apartment is not downtown, but it is not far to walk to the buses or taxi stand. This is a great local community with small stores and restaurants that have everything needed for your stay nearby. Buses to downtown are active throughout the day, but will need taxi in the evenings. Check out the visitor's book. lots of local tips. Would definitely stay here again!!
Great time in Porto
I stayed in this great apartment with a friend and it was perfect for us. We had really great time in Porto. The flat was located at a quiet street, very safe, near enough to bus and metro, very well connected with the other parts of the city in short time. It is a new apartment, well-maintained and well equipped and there was also lots of info provided about the city. The owner was also very friendly and helpful in our email correspondence before our arrival. The price is really budget saving. Overall, a great stay, I could recommend it to anyone!
Very comfy appartment
