Un grand appartement bien situé et rénové.
Les moins :
- un peu sombre, car au premier étage, avec une fenêtre donnant sur la cour intérieure
- la rue est un peu bruyante en ce moment, car en travaux. Mais à terme, cette rue sera piétonne, donc l'emplacement est parfait !
- pas de table sur la petite terrasse. On peut toujours sortir quelques chaises, mais ce serait plus agréable pour profiter des beaux jours.
- pas de machine à laver.
Les plus :
- un accueil fantastique de Joao qui fait son possible pour nous rendre le séjour agréable.
- appartement avec un énorme volume (une seule pièce avec salle de bain dans une cabine).
- appartement confortable, récemment rénové.
- très bon emplacement, plein centre.
