It’s just perfect for a family or group of friends and you will be nothing but overjoyed to spend your holidays here!
This villa rental is comprised of two villas next door to each other. Each is surrounded by a garden that is a mixture of green and colorful flowers. There is a veranda with a di...ning table, chairs, and barbecue as well as a private swimming pool (5m x 9m) for each villa. A balcony on the first floor of each villa overlooks the swimming pool. Guests meet the owners in Porto Heli and then can be driven or led to the villa on a small, windy road. Parking is available within the grounds.

Ground floor: There is a playroom with a couch, TV, DVD player, and pantry as well as a kitchenette equipped with two hot plates and a small fridge. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor. Each of the two bedrooms has two 100 cm single beds. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and steam bath. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
First floor: A staircase leads up to a living room with a couch, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and access to a veranda. The dining room has a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a service bathroom with a toilet.
Second floor: A staircase leads up to two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, satellite TV, access to a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, access to a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
This property is located only 150 meters from a sandy beach and six kilometers from Porto Heli, a town with a wide variety of things to see and do. In addition to markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, and all the other necessities, Porto Heli offers absolutely gorgeous scenery. The waters are blue and the sand is soft! Plus, there are tons of opportunities to play water sports such as snorkeling, sailing, and scuba diving. The ancient ruins offer a great piece of cultural history and can be visited with a short drive. For 15 days during the months of July and August, the Festival of Arts and Culture is held in the city. During this time there are nightly concerts and music recitals. There is so much going on throughout the year (from book fairs to circuses) that will keep you entertained no matter when you travel!

The villa was fabulous. The manager was so helpful and informative about the area. He was available to us during our stay and checked in with us a few times. He left us maps and recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. He took me for a drive around the area and Porto Heli when we arrived so that we would understand the area and the resources available to us ie ferries, boat rentals, beaches, etc.

A new villa was under construction on the same street. It was not really disruptive as they did not start until 8:30 am and ended by 4:00pm and only on weekdays. However we did rent off season which is when construction is allowed.
Porto Heli is a great seaside port. Fantastic restaurants, shops, ferries, grocery stores etc. Yet it retains its quaintness. You had access to the island of Spetses which was a blast. You also had Ydra and Porto in close vicinity.
