Not to mention full-time maid service, a state of the art sound system, and lots of other extras—this Greek vacation villa is for those who want to relax in absolute privacy, comfort, and style.
[4,000 m2] This Greek villa enjoys an exclusive seaside position along the Peloponnese coast, and includes a stairway leading down to its own private pebbled beach. You will also have a gorgeous Infinity pool,... entered via a ramp that slopes gently into the water, creating the impression of a natural beach! Add to that numerous outdoor areas [shaded and sunny], plenty of room for outdoor dining, and bedroom balconies, and you have a recipe for paradise.
[1,000 m2 total, including terraces] This villa is composed of two buildings, each a fully independent residence with living room and kitchen.
Main Building
Ground floor: In the larger building, the entrance is into the living room, with a view of the sea. There are couches and armchairs for ten people, a fireplace, a 42-inch plasma TV, DVD player, and state-of-the-art sound system, including surround sound. On the right of the living room there is an interior dining area with a table for 8, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. On the right are the stairs leading to the first floor, an elevator, and stairs leading to the basement. There is a twin-bedded room with en suite bathroom with shower and access to a terrace.
First floor: The master bedroom has electric beds, a TV, a dressing room, an en suite bathroom with shower, and a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace.
Basement level: Here you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom for the personnel. In addition there is another twin bedded room for guests, including an en suite bathroom with shower and access to the outside patio. There is ample storage, as well as rooms with additional refrigerators, a freezer, and two washing machines. Air-conditioning units have been installed in the rooms on the first floor and the ground floor of each house.
Smaller building
Ground Floor: The living room is on the right, with couches for six people, a TV, and a DVD player. Directly ahead there is a fully equipped kitchen. On your left there are stairs to the first floor and the basement, and a door leading to the two ground floor bedrooms. These bedrooms have walk-in verandas from the outside. One bedroom has a double bed the other has twin beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers.
First floor: The master bedroom has a double bed, TV, an en suite bathroom with tub and handheld shower head, and a veranda with a beautiful view of the sea.
Basement level: The basement has two twin-bedded rooms, one with windows to the exterior and the other with a large window overlooking a small private garden. There are also storage areas.
This wonderful, beach-front property is located about 10 km west of Porto Heli in an area called "Agios Emilianos," where there are many luxury villas. The nearest small town is Kranidi, where you will find banks, a police station, a post office, a library, and a square. Porto Heli, a little further, is a picturesque town with a natural port and wonderful beaches. It is located about 175 km from Athens, on the southern coast of Argolis, just opposite the island of Spetses.
Available Amenities: Air conditioning in all rooms, fans, TV, DVD player, ISDN telephone line [charged according to useage], telephone extensions between the rooms, several cell phones, Wi-Fi Internet access, state-of-the-art sound system with independent controls, 500 CD changer, washing machines, and breakfast. Maid service is provided by two maids 7 days per week. There is a fulltime caretaker who is responsible for both the garden and the private swimming pool.
