The house is located in Agios Aimilianos area, 7km from Porto Heli, in Peloponnese of Greece. Agios Aimilianos is one of the most classy peninsula in Greece, where a lot of multi-millionaires and famous personalities (Greek or foreigners) own very expensive, villas with gardens and private facilities [marinas, tennis courts, etc.].

The house is located on the top of a hill, has a fantastic view from the verandas, the swimming pool and the bedrooms which are on the first floor above. Because of its position, it is very cool during the hot days of the summer and it is builded in Greek country style, for personal use on 2005.

The lobby is a single room space of 90sg.m. which includes, the living room, the kitchen and a WC with shower. In the living room there are TV set, with satellite receiver, DVD, stereo, space with three sofas and fireplace, a dining place with a big table with eight chairs and it is surrounded from windows with access to the verandas and the swimming pool. There is also a full equipped kitchen which includes 2doors refrigerator, gas and electric stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, small size TV and complete equipment for cooking. The entire lobby is air conditioned.

The first floor above is also 90sq.m. and has three separates bedrooms, wooden decorated roof and all are equipped with queen size beds. The master bedroom has two windows and two balconies faced to the sea view. It has also a wooden desk, a computer desk, a small library, television its own bathroom, large cabinet and many drawers. The other two bedrooms share another independent bathroom, each one has its own country style cabinet and the one has also a balcony with sea view and to the swimming pool.

All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditions and TV sets.

The house is well equipped also with a generator(in case of power failure) which is in the basement. There is also garage space next to the entrance of the house and a garden in a lower level, where is the basement with the utility rooms. Next to the storage rooms in the basement there is a studio which is used occasionally by the staff of the house for overnight. The internal access of the basement to the rest of the house is blocked and locked. The house is also equipped with solar panels producing electricity and hot water, CCTV security cameras, alarm system, Wi-Fi internet and telephone for free local national calls.

As service we provide cleaning of the house every week, pool maintenance and cleaning once a week (and extra if it is needed from the weather). Also an English housekeeper and retainer could be available by a call for any problem and to run the generator in case of power failure.

As additional service, with extra cost we could provide extra beds, extra cleaning, laundry and ironing, cooking, shopping, courier service, bikes, car and fishing boat with or without skipper, for fishing or excursions.

The house is located in such an amazing, cosmopolitan place and offers easy access to close well known islands like Hydra and Spetses with nightlife and VIP’s. Also it is only one hour trip to Epidaurus where is located the famous ancient theater where every summer famous stars like Helen Mirren, Kevin Spacey and directors like Sum Mentes giving Theater performances in a festival of tragedies and comedies. Close also the house only 15 minutes in Porto Heli, there are big hotels and restaurants and water edge cafes as also boats, ferries and water taxis for excursions.Read more

Two-three minutes walking there is a beach with crystal clear waters in green nature. The neighborhood of Agios Aimilianos has quiet and charming streets mostly by the sea and it is surrounded by beautiful and expensive holliday villas. Porto Heli area is such an amazing, cosmopolitan place and offers easy access to close well known islands like Hydra and Spetses with nightlife and VIP’s.   We stayed at this house in July 2012, we were met by Yannis the owner, very pleasant and extremely helpful, the area has lot's of very quiet beautiful beaches, with crystal clear waters and great snorkelling and swimming.
  The house itself is light and airy with good facilities, we made good use of the swimming pool, perfect for evening swims and quality time with the family. Nearby is Porto Heli and Ermioni, excellent for eating out and lots of local events.
  We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and will be going again very soon.
