Welcome to Kenilworth Court in the heart of Portsmouth and Southsea! Ideal for one or two weeks' holiday in the summer or for a longer stay in the winter months.
Most flats are one-bedroom, and fully-furnished with colour TV, free wifi, kitchen with full-sized oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom apartment available, both of which sleep a maximum of four people. All flats have access to a shared laundry with washing machine and dryer.

We are situated in a very quiet road, just a few minutes' walk to the sea front and less than ten minutes to Southsea's Palmerston Road shopping precinct (for Debenhams, Knight & Lee (a John Lewis department store) and Waitrose and a range of other shops and cafes.
There's a bus stop round the corner with regular buses to the Commercial Road shopping precinct, Portsmouth & Southsea train station, the Dockyard and the very popular Gunwharf Quays.
We have free off-street parking.

We have stayed at Kenilworth Holiday flats for many years. Excellent accommodation, clean, comfortable, well equiped flats with mod cons. Quiet supervision by the owners who make every effort to ensure an enjoyable stay. Good to have the private car park.

Always assurred of a warm welcome, flats have everything you could possibly require, convenient for the buses, shops and the sea front. We have stayed there several times and always enjoyed it.
