Residence Stefania C is a graceful apartment. It sleeps two people. From Residence Stefania C you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of Positano . Residence Stefania C is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be at a short distance from the center of Positano, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line a... few meters (feet) away and the beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Residence Stefania C is located on the fourth floor of a five story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 70 steps. An elevator is available.
You will not need a car to stay at Residence Stefania C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a garage. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
The apartments Residence Stefania are part of a charming ancient building, renovated in 2002, which overlooks Positano, and has a wonderful view of the sea and of the village.
Residence Stefania is built on several levels. The levels follow the profile of the cliff, to which the building clings, in the characteristic local style.
From the private terraces of each apartment, in front of a breathtaking seascape, you will be able to enjoy the sun, the light, the perfumes and the air of Positano. In the evening, you will have the chance to be swallowed up by the sunset, and to seize the moment when a golden light gives life to the colors of the extraordinary view, which then slowly fade into the cobalt blue of the sea and of the sky, only seconds before the pale light of the moon, reflected by the sea, makes the nights so romantic. You will keep so much beauty in your heart forever, always dreaming of the day you will return.
Positano is one of the most famous tourist spots in the world for more than a reason, and staying at Residence Stefania you will discover all of them. The charm of the place is certainly the first one, and the outdoor and indoor spaces at Residence Stefania are as charming as they could be. Another reason is the welcoming spirit of the owners, who you will find always ready to help, and at the same very considerate. Yet another is the lively life of the village, with its famous beach, elegant shops and night clubs and restaurants. At Residence Stefania is just a short walk away from all of that, yet in a location that will guarantee quiet and silence.
The terrace is 18 square meters (194 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of Positano.
The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet). The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of Positano. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The appartment was everything we could have wished for. The view from the balcony was amazing and the appartment was spacious and had all we needed; the owners were very helpful as well. It is really convenient for public transport - the bus to Sorrento leaves from the bar just outside and there are a couple of convenient shops nearby if you are self-catering. Positano is pretty and has plenty of restaurants if you don't want to cook all the time! However there are a lot of steps if you want to walk everywhere (we counted 650 to the beach). There is a little bus that circuits around the town if you don't fancy all the steps both ways!
