Villa Clessia is a characteristic two-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Clessia you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of Positano . Villa Clessia is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms it is available).

You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Villa Clessia from the street level going up an... external stairway which consists of approximately 12 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Clessia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea.

The living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast . The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. They include sofas and armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through three French doors. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The ceiling of the dining room is high and vaulted. The dining table can accommodate eight guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an age-old fireplace. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from a terrace. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer.

The fourth bedroom is located on the roof level. You will be able to enter it from the corridor going up a spiral staircase. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine.

  After researching over 100 different villas in Positano, Praino and amalfi, six friends decided to stay at Villa Clessia and are very happy we did! The location was incredible, right on the road for easy access with bags (vs others who had to walk down 200 stairs with their luggage) but not too far off of the beach. The views of Positano were amazing, a perfect place to enjoy wine, meats and cheeses from the market down the street every evening while watching the sun set. Full kitchen made it easy to make a few meals at home to save a little cash. Three main bedrooms are all well set up, two are huge and the third has an in-suite bathroom. The beds could have been a little more comfortable but we expected that given the location. Can't wait to go back, we miss the view already and just left this morning!

  A trip of a lifetime!

  Villa Clessia was amazing. My husband, children and I had so much fun walking in to the town, swimming, shopping and of course eating. We even purchased a piece of artwork from Galleria D'Arte Capri in Positano that arrived to our home 2 days after we returned home in perfect condition. Summer In Italy certainly delivered what they promised and I would defintely rent through them again. I was scared that the pictures would not represent the actual Villa but the Villas was prettier then the pictures. So feel secure with using Summer in Italy and sit back and enjoy! Thanks Luca...

  this was the best villa for location and the view was amazing!

  My family and friends headed to Positano for my sons wedding and I found villa clessia...it looked good from the photos..and it was! The villa had plenty of room all filled with character and the owner Roberto was very heplful and met us at the ferry.The view was just beautiful and you could see it from all the bedrooms and we spent most of our time on the balcony..it was so relaxing and entertaining.The bathrooms could do with an update on showers and toilet seats(dont seem to happen)but you can forget all that when you look where you are! We hope to return to Positano its one place that you need to see and we will definitely book villa clessia for longer!
