Two Bedroom Apartment Praiano

Chiaraluna is a pretty apartment in the village of Praiano nestled between the famous towns of Positano and Amalfi. The apartment has a beautiful shaded terrace for dining al fresco whilst enjoying the fantastic sea views, a panorama also enjoyed from many of the windows and the apartments balcony.

Chiaraluna, has private covered parking, and is situated in a lovely position above the coastal town of Praiano perched loftily on the hillside. From its elevated position, there are the most beautiful views of the azure sea below. Praiano with its shops, excellent restaurants and bars is with...in walking distance and the pretty local beaches can also be reached on foot, by car or by handy shuttle bus service from the village.

Chiaraluna, is on two floors, comfortably furnished and with stunning views from many of its windows, its two balconies and terrace. On the ground level is an eat in kitchen opening directly onto the lovely large terrace which is shaded by a pergola, furnished with table and chairs and enjoying spectacular sea views, the perfect spot to dine al fresco whilst watching the sun setting on the horizon. There is a pretty living room which opens onto a balcony enjoying a lovely panorama of the coastline, and a shower room. The living room has easy chairs, a settee (which converts to a double bed to accommodate extra persons on request), television and steps leading to a gallery area with two single beds. Stairs lead down to the lower level of the apartment which has two lovely double bedrooms each with characteristic wrought iron bed, and patio doors opening onto a further balcony also with a fantastic sea view, and there is a bathroom with bathtub. Close to the apartment there is a laundry room with washing machine and car parking for two cars is available.

This wonderful area inspired writers and composers such as Goethe and Wagner, who were awed with its beauty. The picturesque towns of Positano and Amalfi are less than half an hour?s drive or can be reached by local bus and there are ferry services from both to the beautiful islands of Capri and Ischia. Further afield and well worth a visit are the archeological sites of Pompeii and Ercolano, at the feet of the volcano Vesuvius, and cosmopolitan Sorrento with its maze of streets, with shops and pavement cafes is a joy to explore.

Note: As the apartment is built into the hillside, there are steps/steep paths to Praiano and seafront. Therefore this property may not be suitable for persons with walking difficulties.

Extra services, such as maid service, cook, private excursions and guides can all be organized locally on request. There is normally a local charge for beach facilities.
