Beautiful villa situated in a panoramic position in the very famous town of Positano (various shops), one of the most typical towns on the Amalfi coast. The villa, set against the rocks, is one of the oldest in the village

and has been built over three floors,laid out on terracings with panoramic views of the sea.

Peaceful position. Equipped terraces with sea view. Pay parking 100 m away. DISTANCES: The main beach is 150 m away and is reached by descending one of the town’s most typical and picturesque staircases. Within a radius of 100 m are various shops and famous bars and restaurants.

Top part of house: 1 double bedroo...m with own bathroom with shower and balcony, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower and a small terrace.

Central part: entrance/living room, 1 double bedroom with access to a terrace (abt. 60 m2), with panoramic sea view, 1 bathroom with bath.

Lower floor: living/dining room (satellite TV) with access to a terrace, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine) with access to a terrace, 1 small single bedroom very simply furnished, 1 bathroom with hip bath. The three floors are connected by an internal staircase as well as by an outside staircase which flanks one side of the house and gives access to the top floor bedrooms and to the central floor. One of Italy’s most well known and picturesque tourist towns, Positano is also famous for its highly original fashion clothing in distinctive fabrics sold in many of the charming boutiques. You need to visit the little town on foot to appreciate its pretty narrow streets, pastel-coloured houses and endless steps carved out of the rock.
From here you can easily reach Amalfi , Sorrento , Capri Island , Pompei ruins and Naples

  This was a lovely little villa in a superb location, over the ferry on the "wedding cake" hill right next to the Hotel Miramare, overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Sireneuse Islands. The house is divided on three levels, with three terraces with superb views. The house, while compact, sleeps seven people, and since there are four bathrooms each bedroom can be considered en suite. There is a washing machine and clothesline on the bottom terrace and the kitchen is amply stocked with basic utensils and appliances. The cleaning lady, Maria, can also come in and cook meals if engaged to do so, and Marco comes over early in your stay to have coffee with you and answer questions, and he can arrange excursions to a variety of interesting places. There is no air conditioning but there are fans in each bedroom and usually a cool night breeze from the sea. On top of all this, the villa is not expensive, and our two main thoughts coming away were that we would come back, and that the villa was on the whole quite a nice bargain all around.
