Villa Clemy is located in Positano, in a very panoramic position. From its huge terrace, divided into a covered part and a solarium, and from the graceful pool, it is possible to appreciate wonderful panoramas on all Positano districts, discovering the famous curly road connecting to Sorrento and traversing Positano. In front of Villa Clemy, there is the Tyrrhenian Sea and the celebrated Li Galli Islands, beloved by a lot of artists as the famous Russian dancer Rudolf Nurejev.

Villa Clemy’s dominant position will permit to admire the best of the Amalfi Coast, without the hassle of crowds of tourists that frequent these wonderful town...s every day.

Villa Clemy has a surface of 200 sq. m. and can accommodate up to 10 guests: 6 in three double bedrooms (one of which can be converted to a twin bedroom on request) and the remaining 4 in the two available sofa-beds.

Villa Clemy has all desiderable comforts for a perfect vacation in the Amalfi Coast. After leaving the car or local orange bus just at the entrance of the Villa, it is possible to reach the wonderful garden, with the included pool area, through a comfortable ramp of steps. The wood, with its warmness, is present everywhere as the owners preferred it to iron, for a better integration to the surroundings.

Pool Area has terracotta tiled ground, a wicker sofa, a shower and wooden fences to ensure privacy. The pool is cleaned with manual and automatic systems several times a week to ensure maximum safety. The overall area is illuminated at night for a romantic swim under the moon light.

Near the pool area there is a large terrace, divided in a wood covered area and a solarium. It has a big wooden table with chairs, ideal for party, a little glass table with chairs for a good reading with a cup of local wine, a swing chair for two, and sun beds.

Bedrooms and common areas are air-conditioned. The entire villa is covered by free wifi-broadband internet connection for laptops, tablets and smartphones.

At the entrance there is a room with a sofa-bed, a desk with chair, a rocking chair and some paintings. The following area is the living room with various sofas and a big television set. A wide balcony is present to come in the terrace in its covered section. A door in the living room is the access to the first bathroom, with shower accessories and the washing machine. This bathroom is lovely for its dominant colour (blue one) and the artistic majolica tiles from Vietri. Following the external wall of the huge room there is a wide sitting room with a table, chairs and big furniture.

The wide kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining room with table and chairs. There is also a little television set and the wifi router.

Near the kitchen there is a long passage to access the three bedrooms and the wide bathroom. Each bedroom has a theme colour: blue, pink and red. They are extremely refined and wide, air-conditioned and have a safe. Also, they have balcony to the terrace or windows with sea-view.

Villa Clemy is located at 3km from the fork connecting Chiesa Nuova District and Montepertuso hamlet. Due to its strategic position and the free parking, a car would be opportune: the reserved area for parking is limited by an electronic gate and can be used by up to three cars. Otherwise there is a local bus stop just outside the property. At the cited fork there is also a stop for the SITA SUD bus connecting to both Amalfi and Sorrento.

The grocery store is located at about 300 m. from Villa Clemy and offers free home delivery service.
