Welcome! The Lemolo Greenhouse is beautiful waterfront property on Liberty Bay in Puget Sound, located just off Lemolo Shore Drive in historic Poulsbo. A tranquil setting between Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island and just 15 minutes from the Seattle ferry, it is a perfect place for those looking for both comfort and relaxation at home, or adventure in and around town. Strike out on a wide variety of outings-from boutique shopping and fine dining to paddling, kayaking and hiking. Historic downtown Poulsbo is a quaint Scandanavian town and home to Sluy's Bakery, Tizley's Europub, and an active waterfront with seasonal fes...tivals. Historic sights, beautiful port towns, and world-class hiking lie just over the Hood Canal Bridge in Olympic National Park. Or hop in a kayak right here for a paddle around Liberty Bay and views of the Olympics and Mt. Rainier.

Built in 2011, the property has an accessory living quarters with spacious accommodations that are flexible and loaded with amenities. A two-bedroom apartment upstairs offers a full bath and kitchen. Downstairs is a bedroom and bath suite with a 110" home theater. The beautiful yard offers waterfront access for kayaking and a beach for relaxation. You can spread out in the spacious interior accommodations and get comfortable here.

We are located in a rural residential neighborhood and we are committed to preserving the tranquility and property rights of those that live in the area. As such, we prefer longer term rental agreements, but we accommodate shorter term rentals with a signed rental agreement that ensures respect for nearby property and privacy. For our 1 or 3 bedroom guests, enjoy in room 110" High Definition Surround Sound Theater. It's a great way to relax after a long adventure or on a rainy day.

Lemolo Shore Drive
A two-mile shoreline walk is the most popular walking, jogging and biking route in Poulsbo and leads directly to downtown Poulsbo. Along the way you'll spot Lyons Park playground, which also features tennis courts, and, you'll pass by the Liberty Bay Marina and the Poulsbo Yacht club.

  We stayed for five days at the end of June and the first weekend of July. The guest quarters had just been completed and they were immaculate! The granite counter tops and tiled floors in the kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and the living area was exceptionally clean. Each bedroom was about the same size and had plenty of room for belongings including a good sized closet as well as a large dresser.
  
  There is a view of Liberty Bay from the windows and water access from the property, which we took advantage of as crab season opened the weekend we were there. Wade and Julia, the owners, were very accommodating and Wade even pointed us in the right direction to fill our limit on crab that weekend.
  
  The Guesthouse is central to everything we wanted to do in Poulsbo. It's a 3 minute drive to downtown, with great shops, especially Sluy's Bakery (the best doughnuts/pastries ever). It's about a five minute drive to to the local casino, where we enjoyed an evening of relaxing, low-stakes gambling and it's about 15 minutes to the ferry landing when we wanted to enjoy a couple of days sightseeing in Seattle.
  
  I can't say enough good things about our experience at the Lemolo Greenhouse Guesthouse. Very highly recommended!
