Located in Grottelle village, residential area of Pozzallo, in the province of Ragusa. Pozzallo is the only country in the South East of Sicily to rise by the sea . The area is composed of villas and stretches of unspoiled land of olive trees, carobs and almonds. It is the ideal holiday for the family and for those people who love peace together with fun and sea. Here you can also have fabulous cultural and gastronomic tours of the Noto Valley and the isle of Malta. The apartment keeps a typical Mediterranean style, with two bedrooms, one double and one with a bed and a half, a kitchen equipped with crockery, oven, refrigerator, television, iron, ironing board. A large living room with sea view and allow the sofa to live the living area. The bathroom has a hydro-massage shower and is equipped with a hairdryer. Pozzallo, the only maritime town in the Province of Ragusa, is the second Italian town where the sun shines with greater intensity and for several days during all the year, it is taken from ENEA Sources. Pozzallo is one of the 4 towns in Sicily to be awarded with the Blue Flag since 2002. This title is due to the clearness of the sea, the coast quality, services and environmental education.
Pozzallo is a terrace on the Mediterranean Sea, just 60 minutes from the island of Malta, with latitude 70 km below Tunis, is extremely comfortable and well cared . Syracuse, 35 minutes, the city is noted for its rich Greek and Roman history, culture, amphitheatres, architecture buildings. The island of currents, the most southern tip of Sicily, where you can admire the meeting between the Mediterranean Sea and the Ionian Sea, just 20 minutes.

  We stayed in the larger apartment (the upstairs of the main house), and it had everything we needed for two couples (we were travelling with another couple). Saro was very helpful, and always available by cell phone, or at his store in Pozzallo. The rent was very reasonable, and the beach is only about a 250 m. walk away. The beach is quite clean, with beautiful sand, and warm water. This was a great place to do day trips from, particularly to all the baroque towns of the area (Noto, Modica, Ragusa), as well as Siracusa. We didn't avail ourselves of the hydrofoil to Malta, but maybe next time!
