Winter Rates are November, December, January, February and March:

  The apartment is huge and very well laid out. We were pleased with the helpfulness of Dean and ease of booking through him. The owner Zeki and his assistant who met us were extremely friendly ,obliging and followed through with our requests in a timely caring manner.
  
  Newer appliances, excellent washing machine, drying racks and iron, hairdryer etc. Bedrooms are large and comfortable with lots of wardrobe space. Apartment was very clean but in need of painting and a bit of decoration. Some antique furniture and some slightly worn out Ikea and modern pieces, however, everything was comfortable. All the plants were dead, they should be removed. Perhaps artificial ones would be a better choice. Lots of tourist brochures and some travel books on Prague are provided.
  
  The only real downside to this apartment is that it is right above a small local bar (every street in Prague has 1 or 2) which advertised it's hours as 4:30-11:30, they do close up at that time but the party continues on inside till much later. It wasn't excessively loud and we did manage to sleep but it was an interrupted sleep. Also got a lot of cigarette smoke wafting up from outside as we needed the windows open, no air-conditioning.
  
  The area is very convenient with some good restaurants, Cafe Lounge @ The Hunger Wall Residence, right next door, Carmelita, Ujezd 31a couple of blocks down going towards Prague Castle and the Stara Praha (Old Prague Restaurant) Vitezna 11, around the corner. 15 minute walk to the old town or tram is around the corner but we found it much more relaxing and less touristy to stay in this area.
  
  Overall, for the price we were quite happy with the apartment. For this kind of money in a hotel you would get a closet-sized room. If the bar is an issue you can ask about the other apartments they have in the building which won't be right above the bar.

  Absolutely Wonderful!

  This October was our first visit to Prague. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, due in no small part to our apartment. The owner Zeki greeted us so warmly, and when we went inside the apartment was so clean, well appointed, and spacious it far exceeded anything we might have envisioned. The location was perfect, an easy walk to Old Town, and only a few steps to a major tram stop that could take you anywhere. We are already planning for our next trip, and stay. Thank you Zeki!

  I organised a stay for 9 people over Marathon Weekend and we arrived from different countries at different times but nothing was too much bother for Dean, Zeki and the team, who managed all of our various last minute requests. A special mention going to our lovely taxi driver who waited on our delayed flight and misdirected luggage!
  The apartments were well furnished, spacious and spotless and we all of us were impressed by the quality of the accomodation and the excellent central location, walking distance from the centre of the City.
  Many Thanks to all for ensuring we had a great experience in Prague.
