My partner and I have just returned from 4 wonderful days in Prague where we stayed at the Good King Wenceslas apartment. The location was perfect and the apartment was luxurious and more than we anticipated - we won't stay in hotels again!!! Monika made booking so easy, first time we have booked on internet and not one hitch. Eating places are in abundance next to apartment and we would have had to stay weeks to try them all. We cannot wait to return to this apartment for another break.

We stayed in the Good King Wenceslas apartment in December 2012. It is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It has everything you could possibly need. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Prague.

My mum and I stayed here for 3 nights in June. I had stayed in Prague previously so knew from looking at the map that this was a great location - close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough from the Old Town to be peaceful.
The apartment itself was much larger than we were expecting and it meant we could have our own spaces, and everything in the apartment was lovely. The washer and dryer are great to have when you're travelling for a long time - a definite plus.
I will definitely stay here again if I return to Prague - it was just 2 of us but it would comfortably sleep 4 people. -

We had a lovely stay in the Good King Wenceslas apartment in Prague in June. The apartment was very well located; close to shops, cafes, and things to do. The apartment had all the home comforts...washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, dining area, lounge area and two bathrooms etc. Prague is a beautiful city and a stay in an apartment gives an insight into what is behind the facades of the established buildings in the city. We would love to go back some day.

and of the best of quality. In our stay we felt like we got the best of what we could get in " homeaway."

As this was my first time in Prague, I had to rely on the website representations. The size, amenities and location of the apartment were all better than I expected. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, as we were there during a heat wave. The washer and dryer were great to have, as we had laundry from our stays in other cities. The kitchen was fully equipped, there are 2 bathrooms with showers and 2 large screen TVs. The experience was like living there. The location was just a few steps from Wenceslas Square, a Metro entrance and tram stops, making all of the tourist areas easily accessible by foot or transit.
The rental agents at Bohemian Estates were extremely helpful, and I would like to thank Tomas Ricar and Jan adolph for making the transaction go well.
I will definitely stay in the apartment when I am next in Prague (I hope it will be available!) -

My sister Laurie and I went on a whirlwind, last minute, week long adventure in Prague. I found this apartment on line and after enquiring about it and getting a very quick response back, we took it. The space, the service, (the lovely man who drove us to and from the airport), the location...everything could not have been more perfect. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and came back home to a comfortable and air conditioned apartment! (it was very hot during our stay!) Anyways, we both could not say a negative thing about our experience and would highly recommend this apartment.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon traveling throughout Europe we seen a lot and done a lot but our stay in Prague was the highlight mainly because of our stay in Good King Wenceslas Luxury Apartment. Beautifully laid out,perfectly located home away from home in a vibrant fun city.We look forward to returning soon and staying there again.

After 2 weeks of backpacking across Europe with my brother and good friend, staying in various hostels and cheap hotels, we found ourselves in 1st Class accommodations at the Good King Wenceslas Luxury Apartment in Prague. This place is amazing, centrally located, near good restaurants and bars, and around the corner from a pub serving a proper English breakfast (with pints, of course...) The apartment is simply stunning and wide open, with leather sofas and chairs, wood flooring, big screen TV with DVD player, and is bigger than many of the apartments I've been to in the US. The kitchen is huge and top notch, perfect for entertaining. The only downside is I'm not the owner and have to travel thousands of miles to see it again, and again, and again. All kidding aside, if you are looking for a safe, comfortable, affordable, and classy place to stay in Prague, look no further. One visit and you will truly see why we felt this was one of the Gems of Prague. (did I mention the pub nearby...)

My husband and I stayed in this amazing apartment on 2 occasions with our friends, and found it to be easily the most relaxing and comfortable apartment we have stayed in within the past 20 years. The apartment is extremely spacious and the facilities, in our opinion, are second to none. Everything is to hand and every modern convenience available.
It is centrally located in the beautiful city of Prague and within easy walking distance to all the sights, hotels and restaurants.
Well done to Mr. Martin Smith who has spared no expense whatsoever in ensuring that his guests enjoy the lap of luxury whilst staying in this beautiful location.
From our experience, we could give none other than a 5 star recommendation. -

We had a wonderful time in the Wenceslas apartment - it was perfect for us and our daughter (aged 7 months at the time), and an AMAZING location in the heart of Prague. Sometimes apartments or other rentals claim to be in the center of a city, but this one is for real. Martin was incredibly helpful in giving recommendations for Prague and helping us to organize transportation to and from the airport. The apartment itself was beautiful, the beds comfortable and all the amenities as promised. Years later, we still talk about this apartment as the reason why we love to rent apartments rather than stay in hotels when we travel. I can't recommend it more highly - it will provide a fabulous stay in a fabulous city.

Spent the last week of 2009 staying at the apartment just off Wenceslas Square. The apartment is extremely comfortable with all the bells and whistles. The location is outstanding with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It is a short and pleasant walk to Old Town Square, Jewish Quarter etc. There is also easy access to the excellent metro system.
A superb base for exploring a wonderful city.
