We booked our Prague long weekend at the last minute, so everything we wanted at higher price points was already reserved. In fact, this was the only apartment still available.
Booking was easy, the hired car showed up at the airport, check-in was a breeze and the wifi worked well. I loved that we could walk to everything, the studio is larger than a standard hotel room and there was hot water in the shower. The flat could do with an extra set of pillows and window shades that worked. Also, it would have been nice if the fridge didn't smell like sausages and the hand soap dispenser wasn't empty.
I want to be fair and say this would be a great rental if we were in our 20s and all we wanted was to go out drinking all night and crash in an inexpensive place. Unfortunately, we're way past our prime and what we were looking for after sight-seeing all day and a romantic dinner, was a nice, restful sleep.
Sleep was near impossible because starting at 2:00 in the morning, all the way to 5:00am, numerous drunks stomped up the stairs, laughing and yelling, on their way to the other rentals. (Maybe a part of me was jealous because I was no longer one of them?) Anyway, after they fell asleep (or rather, passed out), the garbage trucks came rolling through starting at 6:00. This apartment is literally where the action is, so there were a lot of beer bottles that were emptied the night before.
If you're like us -- in your 40s and need to get a fairly good night's rest in order to function in the morning, try someplace else. -

If location is everything, then this bed-sit works for what you will need. it is a stones throw from the Old Town Square and easy to reach many of the sights of Prague. The flat in the picture here is not how we found it, hardly any furnishings, just the very basics. The kitchen is basic, no bottle opener for instance but serviceable.
The management company were friendly, but not too interested when we found our internet was intermittent. I think they had a lot on their plate with over 27 properties to manage.
The taxi driver they arranged from the airport was helpful and friendly and overall we had a lovely stay in Prague. Next time we would probably search for another place to rent. -

The apartment is 1 minute away from the astronomical clock. Actually I think the clock woke me up in the morning.
It is perfect for 2-4 people. It is one room, with two beds and kitchen, and a bathroom. It has wifi.
The only thing I missed was a jacuzzi.
There were no smell of earlier smoking when we arrived, but when I woke up in the morning, I felt my throat were a little bit irritated. But this was a minor inconvenience. And it was not cleaned under the bed.
If I ever need a place to stay in Prague, I would probably chose this place again. -

It was a great stay, the apartment is big, clean and has an awesome location!
The transfer from the airport to the apartment was cheap and very good, the guy that gave us the the key also gave us a great restaurant indications.

Great, clean apartment with all the basics, excellent location approx 100m from the main square, astrological clock, great selection of restaurants, tourist info, etc. Great welcome and information from our host. despite our late arrival time. Got the offer of reasonably priced airport transfers too.
Little problem with the toaster and poor ventilation in the bathroom, but great powerful shower. Beds were comfortable and the heating in the apartment was cosy!

Appartment is perfectly located, very clean, and the pragyeresidences staff was very helpful both in tips and unexpected problem solving such as where to buy really cheap phones and help on luggage storage for late flight

The room is unfortunately not as seen in the picture - maybe I am a little too gullible... The room is tired and has seen better days, ceiling lamp fitting missing (we asked - it had been like this for over a month), worn kitchen services and very basic utensils. Tv wasn't properly tuned on arrival, no proper sheet or coverings for the cot (and watch out you pay extra for this!) and no instructions about heating. Also as our baby was on the floor alot we can vouch for the floors not being clean.
On the plus side we had excellent taxi pick up arranged through the rental company and had a pleasant meeter/greeter who tried to help. The location was great and it wasn't noisy. -

Prague is really magic! Wonderful buildings and palaces, very interesting cultural sites, greenery, kindness of the people and a lot of events every day (music, theater, exhibitions etc. etc.) Our studio was very nice, confortable and situated in a "strategic" place!
We would like to come in Pregue again the next year for more days. -

Apartment central which isgood but quite loud in the night: you have to close the windows at night.
All important things one needs are in the apartment.
Funiture is nice.

This lovely clean apartment was located very close to the old town square. It was spacious and quiet with modern appointments. Our host was helpful and had good English skills. The only possible improvement for this apartment would have been a slightly better stocked kitchen. I would stay here again in a blink.

Great place. The location could not have been better. It was relatively easy to find and everything you wanted to see was in walking distance. The apartment had everything and was lovely to stay in. The only thing missing was a washing machine/dryer however when we asked about it we were given a place to go to that was close and cheap. We were also given advice on where to eat... Take the advice, we went back every night. Would recommend staying here and would stay here when visiting next.

A friend and I stayed here for four days in December. It was wonderfully situated, literally half a minute from Old Town Square, thus right in the heart of everything. The room was modern, very comfortable and very clean. The central heating was greatly appreciated as the temperatures outside dropped to minus 6. Free wi fi was very handy. There was a kitchenette in the apartment so this helped keep costs low as we could visit nearby supermarkets. I would highly recommend Kozna, it was one of the best accommodations we stayed in on our 6 week trip and I will definitely stay here next time I am in Prague.

Stayed here in early November. Big apartment for two people, literally 30 seconds walk from the old town square, lots of alleyways surrounding it, great fresh buffet veg restaurant around the corner. Little bit noisy at night, but that's the price you pay for central Prague I guess!
The man who showed us the apartment very helpful, gave us map and circled good spots to visit as well as close supermarkets, told us prices to expect etc.
Bit of confusion with check in as I didn't have mobile phone, but all worke dout in the end. Great stay!
