Brisbane, AustraliaGreat location,spacious loft
Left on 01/28/2013 for a stay in January 2013
Stayed in this very spacious loft in the heart of the old town square. In terms of location this apartment is fantastic. There are however 103 steps from ground floor to the apartment so not for the disabled! Great for a cardio work out.
The staff are just lovely, will help with anything and you can truly trust them. The apartment is sparsely furnished it has the bare essentials but it is spacious. Just ask for extra towels etc if you want a bit more luxury, I am sure the staff would be only to willing to accommodate.
I would recommend this apartment for people wanting a nice safe place to stay, close to everything. -

Left on 10/21/2012 for a stay in October 2012
Smack in the center, just steps form Old Town Square. After climbing for floors, no there is no elevator, you enter a place with a view over Prague's roof tops. Just spectacular. The apartment was very basic but who spend time there when you have beautiful Prague literally at your feet. A bit smelly bathroom and could have been cleaner, but again who cares when you are in the middle of one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Go out and enjoy the small streets and great beer.

Penthouse is exactly what u see in picture, and better. Good view to old town church and surrounding from balcony. Hot shower 24 hours with towel. Powerful heater during our winter stay. Fully equiped kitchen with fridge and oven. Gotta love that. 2 min walk to old town square. Informative check in mgr.
House is located high floor, abit tiring to climb the stairs but no big issue. No hair dyer which was stolen and yet to replace. -

ParisNice appartment in the very center
Left on 03/01/2012 for a stay in February 2012
A great appartment, perfectly located in the center of the old town and fully equipped. Everything is clean and all the devices are working. Congratulation to the nice team who do not only give the key of the flat, but also take some time to show on the map all the practical information you need to know. Definitely one of the best place I've been to :-)

Left on 11/11/2011 for a stay in November 2011
The people behind Prague Residences deliver good service and are very ccoperative. In the middle of Prague this is an absolute fine place to live in for a couple of days. Besides the stairs(over 100 steps) and the broken Cd-player this apartment completely satisfied our needs. We are definitely coming back.

While locating the apartment to check in was a little difficult, the service, cleanliness, and location of the apartment was super. We had a great time in Prague and a great stay in the flat.

This rental offers a fantastic location at a great value. on the whole very clean and the balcony has a great view over the city. Staff are great and showed us all the sights on arrival. The wireless internet wasn't great and that staircase to the appartment is a hike. But overall the place is a awesome place from which to explore prague.

Left on 11/04/2010 for a stay in October 2010
Great location but the 105 stairs were a killer. The flat was sparsly equipped for 6 and 2 of the beds were futons on the floor so not as comfy. The gentleman who greeted us was very helpful and gave us alot of good advise about where to eat etc.

OsloGreat weekend in Prague
Left on 11/03/2010 for a stay in October 2010
We were four friends who stayed here in October 2010, and couldn't be happier with this apartment. It has a great location in Old Town Prague, has plenty of space, and has a relatively good standard. It's located on the fifth floor without an elevator, so be prepared for a little work-out when you arrive. Check in and check out went smoothly, and service was good.
Would definitively stay again if going back to Prague. -

Washington DC, District of ColumbiaUnique apartment in great old town location
Left on 10/16/2010 for a stay in May 2010
This was a really good place for us (parents traveling with two adult twenty-something daughters) to stay for our long weekend visit. The apartment is in a great old town location ( on a quiet street just behind Tyn Church off Old Town Square). Pre-trip communications via e-mail were fine. Pavel, who met us on check in, was very helpful with info for our visit. Wireless in the apartment worked fine. Views from the very small balcony (room for just a folding chair or two) were great. - nice place to sit with coffee in the morning and plan the day while waiting for the rest of the gang to get ready.
As others here have noted, there are many stairs up to the top floor apartment - not good for those who would have any difficulty with that - but we found the spiral stair corridor to be architecturally interesting, despite the rather long climb. The furniture is somewhat sparse and a little worn, but everything was clean and functional. There is a full kitchen. Sleeping arrangements were fine for us - two in bedroom and two on the comfortable folding bed in the main living area. We did not use the loft space in the bedroom, so that the girls could come in late without disturbing us. If you're looking for plush, this probably isn't your place, but the location truly is great and the apartment provided an architecturally unique, quiet and very functional place with a nice view over nearby rooftops. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this place to other independent travelers who are looking for such a place. Thanks, Pavel (and Frank via e-mail), for your help as well. It was a pleasure to do business with you. -

brisbaneBrilliant experience
Left on 09/27/2010 for a stay in July 2010
My sisters and I stayed for 5 nights in Prague in early July and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Pavel's apartment is centrally located to all that Prague offers. Yes there are a few flights of stairs to negotiate but we viewed that as part of our "fitness" plan. The apartment was clean and well presented. The view from the balcony was spectacular.
Pavel met us at the apartment and provided us with tourist information and a map - all appreciated.
The minor hiccup with the internet access was quickly addressed.
Overall we would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a centrally located, clean, well appointed place in Prague.
Well done Pavel!! -

Chicago, USAold town Prague
Left on 05/29/2010 for a stay in May 2010
For the two of us this place was great, We were looking for a place away from the hotel where we were at a convention. This loft was ideal for us though we needed only two out the four beds. it was nice and large, the kitchen was appropriately equipped (though we did not cook there and I cannot comment on function). It was ideally situated in the center of old town. now this is not a place to stay for the "not fit" because it is a 4th floor walk-up (103 steps). othr\er drawback, the two sleeping areas are not seperated (bedroom and loft off the bedroom). still for us it was a great place and I would rent this again any time.

San Francisco, CAGreat apartment in center of Prague
Left on 05/28/2010 for a stay in January 2010
The location was perfect. The views from the terrace were incredible. The architecture was unique and interesting. The apartment was stylish, if a bit sparsely furnished. The man who welcomed us was very helpful and gave us some great Prague tips. My only beef really was the five flights of stairs to get up to the apartment, but because it is a protected site this can't really be rectified. Highly recommended!
