MelbourneLovely Experience in Prague
Left on 12/30/2012 for a stay in November 2012
I found the accommodation in Prague very suited to my needs. It was spacious, well appointed and very clean.
I would highly recommend this apartment.
It was very well situated but the only difficulty I experienced was the lack of a lift as the stairs with the luggage I had was challenging.
Cheers

San Jose, Costa RicaGood customer service and value in great location.

When we arrived for our nine night stay, a representative from Prague Residences met us at the apartment and orientated us to the place. They were very responsive to concerns such as bringing more towels and replacing missing pots. They came to clean the apartment halfway through our stay. The location being at the centre of the tourist sites made it really convenient to take breaks during the day, we just walked up two flights of stairs into the apartment. The area is filled with restaurants and bars, drunks were rampant on Friday but that was an exception.
Public transit is not at your doorstep, no trams run in the old town and the subway is a five minute walk. Moreover, it is necessary to carry your groceries from Tesco or Billa grocery stores that are about a 15 minute walk each way. There is a small convenience stores across the street.
This apartment was very good value for the money, it is perfect for a couple who don't like to (or can't) eat out and want to be in the centre of everything. -

Würzburg, GermanyNice flat directly in the center of Oldtown Prague
Left on 07/20/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Booked last minute - so it was very cheap for what it was. Nice flat, large rooms, 1 Minute from Oldtown square. Kitchen equipment was ok for cooking small meals. Flat was clean and not noisy. Service was friendly. Stairs, no lift. Small shops (not cheap, but everything you need) nearby, five minutes walk. All in all very nice.

I received an excellent welcome(reception).
The apartment was magnificent, with beautiful wooden furniture, a very pleasant cooking(kitchen), a modern bathroom..
Be careful, however on the dust under the bed and the cold water in the certain mornings.
The noise of some very tipsy neighbors disturbed us nevertheless not too much because we were on holidays. -

Russiaconvenient, cosy, set with all the things you need, proper place
Left on 11/01/2011 for a stay in October 2011
We spent five wonderful days in Prague. We were lucky to do with Pragueresidence and their properly situated and well set apartaments: hot water, towels, haidryer, toaster, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, tableware, microwave, gas cooker, air conditioner, Wi-Fi - everything worked well (exept Tvset, but we never watch it while travelling). The room was quiet, comfortable and cosy enough to spend there nights or a few morning hours. Nobody disturbed us. The internet photos of the apartament are true to fact. The location is a great advantage and pleasure. We booked a transfer as well: perfect! The staff we met were rather friendly. Shortcomings, nobody can do without them, but we haven't noticed any.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this apartment during our honeymoon, and it was perfect. Located in the best spot possible to Old Town Square, basically in it, and it was secure and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone and have already started doing so!

For a very good price, this apartment was the perfect base for a long weekend in Prague. Right next to the main square, you have everything on your doorstep, including bars restaurants and all the sights. The apartment was clean and well furnished, while the staff at Prague Residences were fantastic setting up travel to and from the airport and most helpful before our stay too. I'd certainly stay here again!

Great location in the old town - close to charles bridge
Wasnt too noisy even though right in the centre of Prague.
Service in booking shuttle to airport and train station was very good.
Only downsides were waiting around for check in for around 10 mins. Also could provide more cutlery.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the appartment for 4 days in May. Perfect location for exploring Prague! Appartment was very clean and spacious. I would reiterate a previous review about a full length mirror though!! I really missed it!! Would definately stay here again on another visit to Prague. Many many thanks Frank and the team!

MoscowI really liked it there!
Left on 05/16/2011 for a stay in May 2011
Hi guys, thank you very much for outstanding services - I really appreciated it!
Yet, maybe some tips of advice might be useful for you:
1) I guess you might be ready to provide your guests with a baby-bed in case they travel with children on a free basis.
2) Checking-in might be more comfortable if you just send an sms (might be in the origin languuage of the traveler) informing him that you are going to wait him here or there in order to provide him with the keys on checking in - otherwise s\he has to call you himself in order to get the information needed. Yet, it might have happened due to our late booking (just a couple of hours before check-in).
3) As for the apartment - it would be a good idea to hang a big mirror in the corridor and some hangers in the bathroom - it lacked them last time - no place to hang your towel.
Anyway, in general it was superb! Thanks again!
Regards,
Dmitry -

The Room was simple yet in a fantastic position! Pavel was a fabulous and met us to take us to the apartment, which was very helpful, as it could be tricky to find without a guide.
The only minor improvement would be the size of the towels provided - sounds trivial but they were tiny!!!
Thanks for your help!

IsraelGreat Vacation in a Great appartment
Left on 04/21/2011 for a stay in April 2011
I stayed for 4 night at the apartment with a friend.
Value: 70Euros per night. fair enough. therefore 5 stars!
Comfort: The apartment was fully supplied. great chicken, good bed and a big closet. an opening couch too. good for 2 people only though really comfortable. 5 stars!
Cleanliness: We got it totally clean with towels and everything. 5 stars!
Check-in: We were told we can check-in at 2pm, as we arrived early we were told we can arrive at 1pm. the check-out was at 11am. it's the same everywhere, but as we arrived early and flew home at mid-night it was kind of problematic. 4 stars!
Location: W-O-W!!! best location in Prague city. we needed to step 2 floors down, open the door, walk 10 steps left and then another 10 steps left and we were at the old town square. Amazing! great location the heart of the city, close to charles bridge, close to wencenlas square. brilliant! 5 stars! (I wish i could have given it 10 stars).
Service: when we checked-in Frank from the company who owns the place arrived and explained everything about the apartment and the city. that was really helpful, and he was available to answer any kind of question on phone.
btw - great wi-fi too at the apartment. :)
have fun mates!

This was a good base to explore Prague from, central location in the Old Town, just round the corner from the astronomical Clock. The place was clean, tidy & a good size for 2 people. Great service with a pick up from the airport on arrival (at extra cost).

Left on 02/19/2011 for a stay in December 2010
During our stay the weather was extremely cold. This made the location of our flat all the more amazing, as we were able to pop in after sight seeing and warm up. Pavel was quite welcoming and helpful in getting us settled in and in instructing us about how to turn the furnace on should it go out. It was a fun contrast to stay in such a nice modern place that was actually housed in a medieval building.

Left on 01/21/2011 for a stay in December 2010
Overall we love the apartment...location is just at the center and it was very clean when we checked in...only small thing...there were no that much English channels and also no Russian channels...and somehow there were no heating and hot water at the second and last day of our staying(I guess there were some street failure)...o...completely forgot...there is a very nice restaurant at the first floor of the building...and sometimes you can hear the smell coming from it at the apartments bathroom...and during night it was a bit loud downstairs (I guess some Russians or Chinese had a party)...
