The first time we've visited Prague and enjoyed this city so much! Many thanks to Prague Rentals for such comfortable and convinient accomodation - all places of interest are just few minutes away and if you are planning to take all those trips and excurtions from Venceslav square, you'll have to leave from your room just 15 minutes before departure (quite good for early morning buses).

Perfect position, very peaceful in the middle of the loveliest part of Prague, just a hop, skip and jump from the clock (once you learn to understand the street signs!). Prague Residences were very efficient and lovely to deal with. Would recommend. The apt was spacious not flash but excellent value. Tip, get them to collect/deliver you to and from the train or airport. Makes life much easier.

My wife & I just returned from a 5 day trip in Prague.Our first visit. This apt. we booked was located in the heart of the old town attractions. Only minutes from all sites.Clean , comfortable quiet & definitely affordable.Great for us as we selfcatered most meals.Great hot shower too

The room is so big which even has its own kitchen. My friend and I lived there so comfortable and the location is just inside the old town!

Our contact people were very pleasant and helpful about the neighbourhood & local services. But - look very carefully at the apartment photos, because this is exactly all you get - one sitting chair, a futon , coffee table and the two side-by-side beds. A table and chairs for meals would have been nice. The dishwasher didn't work, but that was okay, since there weren't enough dishes left in the supplies to use for more than one meal for two. The furniture was "new and modern" once, but now is very sad. The slats supporting the beds kept falling through. Certainly not comfortable. Having said that, the location was excellent for our exploring Prague - minutes from the Charles Bridge. And yes, it is a quiet apartment, as long as the other rental neighbours are also quiet, which wasn't always the case.

I have stayed at the Jilska 12 apartment now twice, once during New Year Celebrations 2010 and then, a few months later. It is a great location, it is close to all the major attractions. There is a convinience store a few doors down, so if you need water, or anything else you may have forgotten in the middle of the night, you can get it. There is a grocery store a few blacks down as well if you are interested in cooking. The kitchen is ample and well equipped. We even did some laundry during our stay (no dryer, but clothes dried on drying racks pretty easily).
For sure, if there is something that does not meet your expectations, one of the staff will be happy to help. The staff is friendly and available to answer questions via phone, or they try to accomodate should you not have a cell phone. They helped with stored luggage, and suggestions for sightseeing.
The place is very big, airy, and clean. I would make Jilska Temple my home base again and again. Bring your toiletries.

Our time in Prague was made all the more enjoyable because of this rental apartment. The location, just down from the Old Town Square, means it is the perfect place to base yourself from during a holiday in Prague. Everything was very clean and new and the size of the apartment was great too.
